I am 5′ 8″ and 200lbs. My target goal weight is 155lbs. I don’t know much about weight-, but I have tried some acai pills, and have even gone to trying with HCG drops. I have discontinued both and am still trying to loose weight. I am really tired of having to lug my extra bulk everywhere, and am looking to slim down. At the same time, I want to build some muscle, not like body-builder muscle, but just more muscle than what I have now. What I am really looking for is some exercises and dieting/eating tips, on how to loose weight, and maybe gain some muscle. Any tricks, tips, or advice will be much appreciated. Thanks

You should eat around 1500 calories per day and try and get a large intake of protein as that is conducive to building lean muscle. Cut out any junk food and you should do 30 minutes of cardio per day. You can also follow a weight training program which will help you tone and build muscle and work out each muscle group once or twice per week.
