Has anyone done the HCG diet on higher calories? If so how well did you lose? I am really wanting to try this diet but I am very skeptical on the 500 calories. I have currently lost 30 lbs. on my own by eating healthy and exercising regularly. You may ask why don’t I continue? Well my response is that I have plateaued and I really want to lose another 25-30 lbs. by July if possible. I’m 170 and 5’6. I carry my weight very well, however, I’d like to lose 25 pounds. I’m on the Homeopathic HCG protocol, and I’ve lost a couple pounds this week. It’s almost as if I have to force myself to eat. If it were my choice, i’d only eat when I was hungry but then i’d be eating only one small thing once a day, and my body would just store it. Eating six small portions a day keeps your metablisim up. How much weight could I expect to lose by september? Anyone on a low cal diet? I’m also doing pilates.
