HCG Diet Programs Piqued My Curiosity This Summer

HGC diet programs are all are being advertised all over. Diet plans that are just in time for summer, but are the all they are cracked up to be?

There is a beach in North Carolina so beautiful that for the past eight years a couple of girlfriends and I have been flying in from all over the country. We cram into a two bedroom house for a long weekend every summer merely to enjoy its fleeting tranquility.

But this summer was a little different after Linda, my sister-in-law, unwrapped her towel to reveal a much smaller mother of three than we had come to expect. She wasn’t quite in two piece condition, but let’s just say the reflection of her wedding ring in the sunlight disappointed quite a few gentlemen over the course of the trip.

This summer marked the first time I would see the aftermath of HCG weight loss programs firsthand or so I can only assume. When I think about it, every one of these infuriatingly toned bodies could have been the product of HCG weight loss programs.

As stunning as the new body before me was, things had gotten way out of hand during the first meal when to my horror she actually began consuming human food in normal portions… right in front of us. I was honestly worried for a moment after lunch they she would be heading for the nearest bathroom stall, like every other former teenage girl

I knew a little bit about how to spot an eating disorder body, especially at a beach. It’s a heart wrenching sight that we’ve all seen where you watch a girl lose a bunch of weight in all the wrong places, while the inside of her body suffers even more than her appearance; yet that was not what had been sitting on the beach next to me. I had to get to the bottom of this and find out if the supplement really let you lose weight like she was and eat like a normal human being, or had the sun gone to her head and created a moment of weakness when the menus came.

The answer was surprising. She was eating a normal diet again because the HCG weight loss program was over. The weight was gone and after six months of regular food, the fat hadn’t found its way back.

The diet program has definitely piqued my interest. One thing I know is that I’m not showing up for the beach next year without giving in a shot.

It’s always easier to say “no” to that chocolate cake desert when you are feeling full. You can also use those special herbs to flavor your favorite meals, so that as you eat, you feel fuller without taking in many calories as you normally would. Dieting becomes much easier!

While there are no “magic” herbal diet pills that will do all of the work for you, you can make weight loss easier by using herbs that will help you. There are many resources available to find the correct herbs for you. Take a trip to your library to go through some books on herbs. Try an internet search on forum groups that discuss herbs. There may even be a local dietician that you can call or set up an appointment with to discuss your desire to use herbs in your weight loss plan.
