Diet Pill Advantages & Disadvantages

Share

So you too want to get slim.  We may have different purpose or cause in losing weight but we all do the same thing:  can be explained as an advised set of food that we need to take (or not take) in order to lose weight.  We have heard every possible type of , either from internet or through friends.  Trying each and every plans available but sometimes, most of these doesn’t work.  There are just some plans that may work for a person but not for the others.  It is just unfortunate that some may not be able to find a that will work for them so they ended up getting sweaty inside gyms to shed off the excess fats and weight.  The main problem is that and exercise work together to achieve weight loss.  Exercises without proper will not bring you anywhere or if it has outcome, it may be very minimal that we will find ourselves giving up on losing weight.  That’s why some are desperate enough to try pills.

sell in capsules that contain fat-burning components for the body.  These started to be bought with doctor’s prescription.  Usually, are being advised to be taken by people who are over weight with other medical conditions that require them to lose weight.  Aside from this, there are also some people with medical problems that may counteract with .  Further doctor’s examination to the patient condition is needed.

But today, there are some diet pills which are already available OTC or over the counter.  So aside from the people who medically need diet pills, there are others who are already consuming these pills without prescription just for the sake of losing weight.

After consuming these diet pills, people who bought these were shocked with the side effects that they bump into.  With a doctor’s appointment, the patient will know what the side effects of the pills are and they can do something about it.  These side effects include palpitations or rapid heart rate, hallucinations, severe allergic reactions, hypertension, chest pains, and gastrointestinal disturbance.

The gastrointestinal disorder is may be the most popular side effects of some if not most of the diet pills in the market.  You will feel stomach pains and rumbling, but worst of all, faecal incontinence.  Some of the user of these pills has reporting the feeling of “if they need to go, it must be NOW.”  Most cannot control this and sometimes, the rumbling will wake them up early in the morning and will find their beddings stained already.  According to the manufacturers of these diet pills, it is an effect when they have consuming food that full of fats while taking in the since the fats are burned and it will be released by the digestive system.

See?  While consuming diet pills, you still have to managing your diet or food intake.  So if you are just an ordinary individual with no medical conditions that require taking diet pills, just stay with the conventional way of losing weight:  diet plus exercises and be patient in seeing the result.

Aloe Vera Benefits Questions Answered

Share

Joseph asks…

What are the benefits of Aloe Vera?

If aloe vera is really a cure for diabetes, would you try?

Chloe Adisson answers:

The Health Benefits of Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera gel is often thought as having one specific function: cooling and helping to heal sunburns. In fact, Aloe is an amazing plant with a wide ability to aid in the healing process, to protect, moisturize, and even extend life. It was used in ancient times for medicinal purposes, and its relevancy has not diminished today. Aloe’s usefulness continues to grow as scientists study its properties and possible applications.

Aloe Vera is a cellular regenerator and has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal effects. These properties alone contribute to Aloe’s place as one of nature’s healthiest products. WorldwideHealth.com’s Health Library lists magnesium lactate, an itch inhibitor, in the minerals contained in the plant. Therefore, in bringing relief to insect bites, acne, sunburns, rashes, and other topical conditions, Aloe makes sense.

But what about the less frequent uses of Aloe? Should Aloe be considered as an addition to and lifestyle? Aloe can purportedly do so much more than soothe irritated skin. Taken internally, it can be used as a laxative and to destroy certain bacteria or parasites in the intestines. Unsubstantiated claims include that it can help heal ulcers and settle a queasy stomach. There are a dozen uses for Aloe that have been integrated into modern alternative medicine, and scientists have been able to study some of these claims.

Dr. Timothy E. Moore’s research on Aloe and dental health at the International Aloe Science Council (IASC) describes gel from the plant as having the ability to heal, control the accumulation of fluids, and reduce pain. He has also found that in denture patients, aloe can reduce inflammation and discomfort caused by fungi and bacteria. Other uses include post periodontal surgery and on cracks and lesions found inside and outside the mouth.

In a study performed by the Department of Physiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center, lab rats were given a 10% greater life span by ingesting Aloe. The animals showed lowered occurrences of various diseases including arterial thrombosis and leukemia. In addition, no adverse side effects were found in the rats on a diet that included Aloe.

While anyone considering alternative medicine to treat conditions should consult their physician first, Aloe may be a viable remedy for various ailments. Through observation and further tests, scientists have proven that the healing effects of Aloe extend beyond merely soothing sunburn. Future studies should bring credibility to other claims of Aloe’s diverse medical benefits.

Sandy asks…

What are the benefits of aloe Vera gel over just using the leaf?

After getting a sunburn I was curious as to whether a manufactured aloe Vera gel is better than cutting open an aloe Vera leaf and using just that.

Chloe Adisson answers:

It has sothering effect over skin and reduce dia skin pores along with their cleaning.leaf gel is natural may be have some infectious/allergent material, while manufactured is sterlized one.these leaves may bbe eaten after cooking.

Sandy asks…

What are some good aromatherapy scents for a man?

Chloe Adisson answers:

Let’s see… Geranium, lime (excellent), Amyris, hint of cedar (can be sensitizing), fir, jasmine, any of the woody or deeply scented tones.

I love a man in oil, wow. Lime with geranium and just a hint of jasmine, so nice… But not for a girl.

Donald asks…

Which aromatherapy scents are best for people who want to lose weight?

Chloe Adisson answers:

Really sweet ones, like Ylang Ylang. Vanilla smell also helps to curb sweet cravings. However aromatherapy is not designed to do this, get a decent , and once our is well balanced and when you got your nutritional status up, you should not crave sweets any more. Then you can start to reduce your serving sizes, not changing the composition of your , only the quantity, and the weight should reduce. Do not say “lose weight” because then subconsciously will look for it till you find it again (and put it back where it was)

Sharon asks…

What are the aromatherapy scents?

Well I want to get some candles but I know that like different scents work for different things like for example some scent = stress relief. Stuff like that and I want alot of scents for alot of different things. If you know any could you please help me. Thanks for reading!

Peppermint Essential Oil – Uses for Your Health

Share

Have you ever wondered where to start when it comes to using oils? I will be posting the most important oils to keep on hand and their uses.

The first oil that I consider essential is Oil.

* Peppermint oil has been used for a variety of conditions, including nausea, indigestion, and cold symptoms.

* Peppermint oil is also used for headaches, muscle and nerve pain, and stomach and bowel conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome.

Properties of Peppermint Oil include being an anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, antiviral, antifungal, pain-reliever, and it can also curb your appetite.

Peppermint has always been a soothing thing for me. I have had Crohn’s for 20 years and throughout all of my flare-ups, peppermint has soothed me. Long ago, I didn’t know about essential oils, but I loved Peppermint patties, they were my favorite and I guess a comfort food to me. Well, now, years later, I have found that peppermint is an excellent pain reliever and anti-inflammatory. You can put peppermint in a capsule and take it internally for inflammation, or you can rub it on your aches and pains. Most people would want to blend it with olive oil or some other oil as peppermint can feel tingly on the skin if used neat(without diluting). Everyone is different of course, I prefer to use my peppermint neat, especially for headaches, I just rub some on my forehead and it feels so good. Please use caution when using peppermint oil around your eyes, peppermint can be very strong and will irritate your eyes. Always be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after applying essential oils so that you don’t inadvertently get any oils in your eyes.

Hcg Diet Side Effects Questions Answered

Share

Paul asks…

Been on the HCG ? Any side effects?

I’m on it now, have not suffered any side effects as of yet.Have lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks…and only belly fat! Check it out on the web…lots of info there.
Naturally everything has to be just right to be on this diet.Mine is in a gel.

Chloe Adisson answers:

Have not heard of this one yet, but I do know HCG is the hormone that is secreted when a woman is pregnant. HCG is what a pregnancy test detects. Also, increasing levels during pregnancy is what causes morning sickness . So I would only conclude that you would feel sick to the stomach, be hyper sensitive to smells and crave pickles. LOL

Jenny asks…

HCG Side effects? How have you liked it?

I have a low thyroid from time to time and am on medications for keeping my heart rate normal. I have concerns about the HCG diet drops since I have these issues. Have you had any bad side effects? Good things to say about it? Have you been able to eat somewhat normally? Would like public opinion and not just web stuff…unless you think I need web stuff.

Chloe Adisson answers:

I had the same concern regarding hcg diet side effects like you a few days ago. So I made a call to ask for support (FYI I bought my drops prohcgdiet.com) and got the within minutes:

The side effects of HCG use are uncommon. The HCG side effects one will have to keep an eye out for include the onset of headaches, irritability, restlessness, slight water retention, tenderness of breast tissue, swelling of the injection sight, and depression. There are some rare, severe side effects as well which include the development of ovarian hyperstimulation in females. The latter condition requires immediate medical treatment and is accompanied by the following symptoms: tremendous pain in the region of the pelvis, the swelling of feet, legs, and hands, abdominal pain, abdominal swelling, difficulty breathing, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, a diminishing of urination, and weight gain. If a user of HCG products notes any side effects it is recommended that he or she cease using the products immediately and that he or she seek out the assistance of a physician.

Thomas asks…

does hcg have side effects?

if you hace copd should you use the hcg diet and does it have side effects

Chloe Adisson answers:

A 500 calorie per day diet is considered anorexic. Mix it with a hormone from pregnant women’s urine and you get a miracle diet!
All over the counter hcg products were announced as illegal and fraudulent by the FDA on January 24, 2011. Testing concluded that all over the counter oral and injection products on the market have little to no real hcg in them but most a similar synthetic hormone. I was in GNC several months ago. They carry three brands of hcg drops and not one of them has any hcg in them. The salesman in fact agreed when I mentioned it. They contain “similar hormones” or amino acids. Sort of like I’m going to sell you this Toyota Prius but it is really a Ford Focus but we’re going to put a price tag on it that says it is a Toyota Prius. Excuse me?
Anyone that lost weight especially with the drops did it because they ate fewer calories than they burned. The hcg acted as the placebo to help them lose the weight.
Next year will mark 60 years since this fraudulent science was started.
The only approved use for hcg is to increase fertility in both men and women.
The doctors exploiting this benign hormone with the ability to prescribe injections can’t even agree on how it works. Some say it releases stored fat calories into the system. Others say it acts as an appetite suppressant. Neither explanation justifies the weight loss in the individuals taking the oral drops with NO hcg in them that still lost weight.
By the way, the expensive “clinical injections” are not covered by insurance since it is not FDA approved. What doctor wouldn’t want to get an “all cash” practice going?
Check out these clips before going further. Just aired a few months ago.

The bottom line here is the exploitation of the law allowing a MD to prescribe an approved drug for a use other than what it is approved for. The FDA will step in someday.

So the question is are you willing to risk your based on testimonials, not research, and statements from doctors profiting in this all cash business?

John asks…

does anyone know anything about the HCG diet?

Just looking for info on the HCG diet, and possible side effects.

Chloe Adisson answers:

I’ve done the HCG diet and lost 20 pounds in 23 days. I don’t personally know much about it but the company I buy it from is very knowledgeable and they respond quickly to any questions. Just go onto their website http://www.skinnybunz.com/ and go to their contact us page and send them any questions you have.

Betty asks…

has anyone tried the HCG diet? How did it work for you? were there any side effects that you exp. or know of?

Chloe Adisson answers:

I have been on the hcg diet for 5 weeks now and have lost almost 20lbs. There are no negative side effects after the first week (being hungry and headaches). It’s the BEST hunger suppressor I’ve ever tried. I’m hardly ever hungry. If you’re really serious about losing weight, I’d say look in to it. It’s working for me and several people I know that are doing it too. Don’t listen to people that have never tried it. How would they know what the side effects are?

The website you mentioned is an awesome site. I can’t think of any more information that you might need.

My own personal experiences with aloe vera juice has been great. It has cleared up my IBS symptoms, helped me to lose weight and has healed my stomach ulcers.

Store bought aloe juice is not as potent as making your own, so I would suggest to review the site you mentioned a learn how to juice the plant yourself.

Another good site is http://www.aloeandyou.com
