These companies are out to make money, they know how to do it and they know how to exploit our weaknesses.

They are used as a very cheap preservative to ensure a prolonged shelf life in the products and this along with all other chemicals have no benefit what so ever to the skin and could be easily avoided. Parebens along with a long list of other petroleum chemicals have actually been banned in countries such as Sweden and Japan due to these facts unfortunately the UK is showing no signs of following suit.

Natural skin care products when these ingredients are eliminated are a superior choice although some people may need to be cautious with certain ingredients these products actually nourish the skin, containing the vitamins and minerals the skin requires to heal and flourish. Chemical additives have no nutritional value at all and are generally used to create a desired composition though even with this are just cheap and unnecessary. 6 Step Weight Loss Cleanse

A weight loss cleanse can be more effective than following a calorie counting diet. In fact, cleansing can help you clear out built up toxins that may be stored in and around fat cells while at the same time helping you to reset your metabolism. Also, you can learn what foods make you sick and tired and which foods give you energy.

A weight loss cleanse can be easy and help keep your life simple. It’s easier than counting calories – in fact when you learn these simple steps, you no longer have to analyze labels. You will also learn that eating healthy can give you the energy along with the metabolism needed to help you keep the weight off for good.

Step 1 – Quit eating all junk food. All of us know what they are. The list includes; ice cream, chips, sodas, candies, french fries, and fat foods (I meant fast foods). These foods are loaded with fat hoarding chemicals than can get stored in fat tissues and make you look more bloated. And they may even interfere with thyroid function. They add weight and may even make it very difficult to lose weight.

Step 2 – Eat as few processed foods as possible. This means foods that are packaged and/or pre-made designed to save time. Do a reality check and see if it really does save you time. For example, you can chop some lettuce and veggies to throw a salad together in about the same time it takes to open and heat a can of soup. If you really do want the packaged food, look for the equivalent at a health food store. Check the ingredients – the less your food has, the better. More ingredients means more processing. A weight loss cleanse should help your body eliminate harmful ingredients.

Step 3 – Be sure most of your food is fresh and whole. Eat mainly vegetables and fruits. After that eat natural proteins such as chicken or fish and then 1/2 serving of grains such as wild rice. Arrange your plate to have 1/2 to 3/4 of it filled with veggies. These foods do no have labels because they are natural and in their whole form. If you use cooking sauces, use only a small amount and try to use organic when possible. Drink herbal teas and plenty of fresh water.

Step 4 – Take a fiber supplement such as psyllium or crushed flax seeds twice a day. This will help absorb toxins from the intestinal tract and add more bulk to help your body eliminate waste. In addition, taking fiber about 10-15 minutes before a meal can help you feel full sooner.

Step 5 – While on your weight loss cleanse, add to your nutrition. Start by taking whole food vitamins so you are getting all of your nutrients. A “whole food” version ensures your body can utilize most of the nutrients and you don’t have to worry about toxic side effects. Another supplement to include are Essential Fatty Acids, or EFA’s. These are fats that your body needs for healthy brain function, to balance hormones, keep joints supple, keep your hair and skin healthy and they help you lose weight.

Step 6 – Daily exercise using circuit training can help burn more fat, more calories and make your exercise more effective. Exercising is known to stimulate metabolism, stimulate circulation, clear toxins, elevate mood and help you eliminate excess waste and shed weight.

Circuit train at home by using resistance exercise alternating with aerobic exercise. You don’t even need to buy special equipment if you don’t want to. First, put on music to help you get pumped up. Then choose about six resistance exercise like push-ups, lunges, or jump squats. Keep a goal of doing three sets for each exercise of 9-15 reps each. Start by doing one set of resistance exercise followed by one minute of cardio such as running in place, exercise bike if you have one, jumping jacks or rebounding. Then do another set of resistance followed by another set of cardio (aerobics) and so on until you have done 30-40 minutes of exercise.

Make a list of these six steps and put them where you will see them each day. Stay away from restaurants for now. Try collecting recipes to help you stay away from fast foods.
