Natural Remedies For Constipation Relief

Constipation can be a very uncomfortable condition and affect your ability to enjoy life. It's also something that people are embarrassed to seek advice about. It may be the result of an illness or simply the consequence of your lifestyle. Constipation shows that the digestive system isn't working properly. Lack of exercise, stress and an unhealthy diet could be contributing factors. Many of us have frantic lives and we rush around, not eating properly. More fiber and less processed foods could make a big difference. You should drink enough during the day too, but not fill up on caffeine. Natural fruit juice or water is better. There are plenty laxative treatments available but a lot of people prefer natural remedies for constipation.

Treatments from the drug store may fix the problem for some people, whilst others suffer side effects and some come to depend on the laxative. Whether you choose natural remedies for constipation or drug store products, you must see a doctor if the condition doesn't improve or if there is any bleeding in the stools.

Steps can be taken which will help prevent constipation or help to alleviate it. Eating fruit and vegetables is one of the natural remedies for constipation which can easily be incorporated into daily life. The best fruits for this are bale fruit, prunes, pears, grapes, papaya and orange juice. Other recommendations are guava, apple pectin, rhubarb, sweet potatoes, carrots and garlic. Folic acid and ginger tea are also good for the digestion. There are other home cure natural remedies for constipation such as mixing one tablespoon of corn syrup to eight fluid ounces of water and drinking it twice a day. You could also drink a glass of milk twice a day with added sugar or honey.

Herbal tablets are another course to take. They shouldn't produce side effects or be habit forming. Herbs have been used for hundreds of years as natural remedies for constipation. The herbal supplements used most often contain fenugreek, dandelion, psyllium, passiflora, flaxseed or aloe ferox. None of these should lead to diarrhea, dehydration or stomach pain.

Exercise can also build up a resistance to constipation, especially if combined with healthy eating habits. The best forms of exercise for natural remedies for constipation are ones which uses the abdominal muscles. This could involve Tai Chi, which is slow moving but strengthens the muscles. Aerobic exercise is generally good, such as swimming.

The important thing is to find out what works for you and what you can conveniently fit into your life. Some natural remedies for constipation can be used as a long term solution and not just a quick fix for the problem.

Natural Treatments with Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe Vera Juice can be used to help the Hypothyroid Symptom of
constipation. Increasing your fiber intake also can help as well.
Aloe vera juice comes from the plant Aloe. Aloe is a genus of plants
belonging to the Asphodelaceae family, and is related to onions and
asparagus. The Aloe genus appears naturally in Africa, although many
members of the genus are popular houseplants and can be found around
the world. The most famous member of the genus is Aloe Vera, known for
its medicinal uses and applications.

Though there are several common medical uses for Aloe Vera, the most
frequent use of the plant is in the form of a topical gel. Gels made
from Aloe Vera are used to treat burns and minor scrapes. Aloe Vera
benefits range from soothing inflammation, pain relief, and a reduction
in the likelihood of infection. Studies have also shown that regular use
of an Aloe Vera based gel will actually speed the healing process in
minor wounds, and even severe burns. It has been used in this capacity
for hundreds of years. The thick leaves can be snapped open, and the
moist open ends of the leave can be rubbed onto a burn or scrape directly.

Aloe plants, including Aloe Vera, have also found medicinal uses
internally. Used in this way primarily for constipation, the juice from
aloe can be dried into a dark powder composed of yellowish granules that
are quite bitter to taste. Using the aloe vera to help with constipation
has it benefits because it is a natural laxative and you don't have to
swallow a pill. As we know, hypothyroidism causes the metabolism to
slow down which causes constipation. Other internal uses of Aloe are
marketed as a treatment for coughs, ulcers, muscle pain, headaches, and
even cancer and HIV. The only proven Aloe Vera benefit in internal use is
the relief of constipation. Additionally, even in this use, internal
use of the plant has a number of side effects, can cause nausea, and
should not be taken by women who may be pregnant.

In industrialized areas, the moisture form the Aloe leaves are
extracted and made into the popular gel most people are familiar with.
In more recent years, it has become more popular than ever and has found
its way into skin lotions, cosmetic products, shampoos, lip balms, soaps
and sunscreens. Some Aloe Vera benefits include a strong moisturizing
capacity, and its extract contains a number of vitamins and minerals that
are believed to promote healthy skin. It is a very gentle substance in
itself, so one of the benefits of Aloe Vera is that it can be used in
sensitive areas, such as around the eyes.

As mentioned earlier, increasing fiber intake is the optimal thing to
do to deal with constipation and for your overall health. There is of
course a lot of hype and mystery surrounding the Aloe genus, especially
its most popular member Aloe Vera. Clearly, many Aloe Vera benefits are
proven constipation and skin care. Its benefits for internal use are
somewhat dubious, however. If you have any questions, please consult
your Doctor.

Natural Hair

Dealing with hair has always been tricky business. Some people have great natural hair, and don't feel the need to mess with dyes, cuts, or other remedies. If you have great natural hair, hair care is easy and affordable. You might need a good cut every six weeks, and a good shampoo. For the rest of us, our hair doesn't cooperate, and leaving our natural hair as it is not always an option. When you dye your hair, get a perm, or have it straightened, you still want it to look as much like natural hair as possible.

If you aren't happy with your natural hair, you can use one of the options above to change your look. Many ladies with straight hair often opt for a perm. These use a chemical to alter the hair. The hair can have any number of different types of curls, and the results can last two to six months, depending on your particular hair. These are often a great way to keep your look updated and easy to manage. When you perm, however, you have to use more care than if you were just wearing your natural hair. You may have to deep condition to keep it looking good.

Another option is hair dye. When dying hair, it is often harder to achieve the look of natural hair. Hair by nature is multi colored. This means that even if you have brown hair, you will find many shades of brown in your tresses. There may be lighter browns, or even reds, present. This is natural, and can sometimes be the result of exposure to the sun. This is the way natural hair looks, and it is hard to get that with a dye. For the best look, have your hair dyed in a salon. They can often get results as close to natural hair color as possible.

Those with curls may wish to have their hair straightened. This can be done on a day by day basic with the help of a blow dryer or a straightening iron, or can be done by chemical, much like a curly perm. To keep hair looking like natural hair, this type of hair needs extra help. Straightening tends to dry out the hair, and curly hair is dry by nature. You should always use a quality shampoo and conditioner, and deep condition at least once a week. This will help keep your hair healthy, and give it the sheen of natural hair.

Natural Cures for Anxiety

In this day and age, the pharmaceutical industry is one of the most powerful ones on the planet. They are marketing us pills for anything and everything, from medicines for anxiety, to treatments for obesity, hair loss, and diseases that they have just made up. It is no wonder that more and more people are turning to natural cures for anxiety every day. Although there are many people who have a lot of success with traditional medicine, many people are thinking twice before putting some new pill in their body. They are trying natural remedies for anxiety, from herbs to therapy.

One of the most classical natural cures for anxiety is simple therapy. It requires no medication, and has no side effects. These are its biggest advantages. Unfortunately, it does take a lot of time and cost a lot of money. In addition, many health plans do not want to pay for it. They want you to just stick some pill or other in your body and be done with the whole thing. If you do have a health plan which is a bit more ethical, however, you really should try this natural cure for anxiety. It will not only help you with your tension, but will help you learn more about yourself in the process.

Of course, there are many herbs used as natural cures for anxiety . These have good points, but they are not necessarily any safer than drugs, and could be more dangerous. Often, these herbs are not required to be tested for safety or effectiveness, and there are less laws controlling their quality than with real medication. In addition, the naturopaths who prescribe these natural cures for anxiety often know very little about medicine or physiology, and may not be qualified to tell you what you should take and what you should not.

Of all of the natural cures for anxiety , my favorite is meditation. I have used it myself to cure anxiety, and it has been 100 percent successful. Best of all, unlike the other natural cures for anxiety , you need no experts or professionals to tell you what you should do. You simply focus on your breath for a half an hour every morning before you start the day, and before long you will feel calmer, more energetic, and all around happier about your life than ever before. Before you try any of the other natural cures for anxiety, try meditation.

Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About

Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About is a book written by Kevin Trudeau. You have probably seen this book advertised on infomercials throughout the evening and into the wee hours of the morning. This heavily advertised text claims to contain, well, natural cures they don't want you to know about.

The "they" in the title of the book refers to prescription drug companies. These drug companies profit from selling prescription drugs for ailments that can be address with natural cures and fixes. Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About has been the center of controversy recently.

Part of the controversy lies in the history of Kevin Trudeau. This pitchman for Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About is an ex-convict. He was convicted and jailed for misleading his customers in the past. He also was put away for misusing their credit card information as well.

While Kevin Trudeau's past is of some concern for many of us who are very interested in purchasing the book I have to wonder if his unfortunate past is being used to get the public's attention from the text itself. If Kevin Trudeau's book really does contain natural cures they don't want you to know about it would stand to reason that the drug companies and investors in those companies may want to discredit the author.

The pitchman for the book claims that he is a changed man. In fact, he says that the book is a way to repay society for his previous wrong-doings. This may be a hard pill for some of us to swallow. Some believe that a person doesn't change that drastically and many believe that Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About is a dangerous hoax.

However, I don't think that the people behind the infomercials would support such a dangerous text. After all, the book claims that there are purely natural remedies for illnesses like cancer, arthritis, multiple sclerosis and lupus. Trudeau asserts that the natural cures can't be supported or regulated by the Food and Drug Administration so they are being suppressed from the public.

This is also difficult to believe. If there is a natural remedy for serious ailments like cancer and lupus I don't think that our government would suppress them. Nevertheless, if I had one of these serious illnesses and I wasn't seeing results with traditional methods I have to admit that I would look into Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About. It would be worth a try at least.

Natural Cures for Asthma

We live in a culture which lives in a pretty unhealthy manner. We have all of the money and resources that we need, and yet we use these not to live more healthy, but actually to make our health worse. We eat junk food, sleep poorly, work way to much, exercise way too little, and then when we get sick, we always want to just pop a pill to make everything better. Although there are pills that will do quite a bit to treat the symptoms of the diseases and conditions that we get, there are few that will really address the underlying causes that put stresses upon our bodies and lead to disease. It is no wonder that more and more people are looking to natural cures for disease as a way to improve their health.

One of the best examples of an illness which is symptomatic of the way we live is asthma. People looking for natural cures for asthma know how bad it can be. Asthma affects a greater and greater proportion of the population every single year, and the traditional cures all have side effects. Many of the so-called natural cures for asthma, unfortunately, just involve popping herbal pills instead of synthetic ones. This approach is not necessarily better, and could be even more dangerous. If you are looking for natural cures for asthma, you should first look at its causes. The reason that asthma is so common is that air pollution is so bad. The best natural cure for asthma is to move somewhere where the air is cleaner. If this does not totally clear up the asthma, it sure will do quite a bit to improve it.

Unfortunately, moving is not really an option for many people, and so they look for other natural cures for asthma. There are many herbal remedies that promise to treat asthma, and some people have success with these. But just taking an herbal remedy will not be enough to cure bad asthma in most people. There are other factors that go into asthma and must be addressed. Eating a good diet is among the best of the natural cures for asthma. Junk food has been proven to make asthma worse, and healthy eating is the antidote. In addition, herbs to treat allergies to airborne particles must form part of effective natural cures for asthma if they are to work.
