6 Natural Adult Acne Control Tips

Share

acne is caused by sebum, an oily substance produced by the skin?s sebaceous glands. Sebum clogs pores, which attract bacteria and become inflamed. Treating acne is tricky. Most acne medications are geared to teens’ oily skin, a bad choice for drier skin. If you are suffering from acne, you need to read this article. The tips in this article will lead you to treat your acne and clear your skin.

1. Apply lemon juice to pimples. Lemon juice is an overnight remedy to treat pimples because it contains alpha hydroxy acids, an ingredient that is in many expensive skin care products. To use it as an overnight , first wash your face with a gentle face cleanser. Pour or squeeze 1 tsp. lemon juice into a bowl. If you have sensitive skin, also pour 1 tsp. water into the bowl and mix it with the lemon juice. Use a cotton ball to absorb the liquid, and apply the mixture to your pimples. Leave the lemon juice on your skin overnight. Wash it off in the morning.

2. Tomato pulp, combined with honey and rose-water, is great for treating acne. Before you have your daily shower, mix a real tomato pulp, honey, and rose-water together. Apply the mixture to your face for 20 minutes and then wash it off thoroughly to naturally treat acne. Cream, glycerin, and lemon juice also work pretty well here as an alternative.

3. We need water to make our bodies healthy. They need water to work at optimum levels and get rid of toxins. Our skin needs it to stay flexible, moisturized and healthy. There are many problems, which may occur if you aren’t getting the sufficient water amount. Helping to clear up zits is one of the many things which I believe are true about water importance. Water can remove your zits but without a sufficient quality water amount. Your skin doesn’t have the ability to deal with the excessive chemical and toxins consumed.

4. Fruits and vegetables should make up much of your diet. This should give you a complete supply of vitamins and minerals to make your body strong and healthy. Since acne and other blemishes are more or less a signal that something is wrong in your body, the best way to combat it is to eat a well-balanced diet. Many fruits and vegetables also contain antioxidants that get rid of toxins. Some fruits and vegetables are also good antiseptics. These help stop the spread of acne and help heal the infection as well. Because of this, you will be able to regain you clear and beautiful skin.

5. Concoct a pimple treatment at home basil and hot water. It’s often used in as an acne treatment. Basil also has antibacterial properties. Put 2 to 3 tbsp. basil into 8 oz. hot water. Let the mixture sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Dip a cotton ball into the liquid; then apply it to your pimples. Leave it on overnight. You don’t need to wash it off in the morning.

6. To make sure that you will indeed get a complete supply of vitamins and minerals, taking multivitamins would be a good idea. Nevertheless, taking multivitamins does not mean you are exempted from eating right. They should only serve as a supplement to your diet and not as your main diet. What you should avoid are red meat and dairy products. Since such foods contain high levels of hormones, acne breakouts are encouraged. And you would not want that.

These people will try anything they are able to find, whether it is purchasing skin products, getting facial treatments or perhaps consulting skin doctors. All of these may help to minimize the problem somewhat, but they will not really resolve the actual condition which is deep-rooted within your body.

You can find numerous acne treatments that you are able to use at the same time. But, a good recommendation is to stick to the . Some of the skincare products on the market will work to some extent, but most of them will consist of several chemical substances which might cause side effects later on. In some cases, this could even aggravate your acne problem. If you do need to use treatments I would recommend acne treatments, they have no side affects!

1. Stop break-outs from inside the body

Quite often, people will have this problem because of something taking place within the body. You may be struggling with a food allergic reaction which you are not aware of. Additionally, your body could be intoxicated with a lot of harmful substances which go into your food and also the air you breathe. You have to eliminate this with detox solutions. These chemicals may bring about hormonal imbalances, which result in acne breakouts. There are many remedies online to help you remove these toxic compounds from your body and get to have healthier looking skin.

An additional simple, but approach to treat pimples will be to get plenty of fluids. Water will help get rid of the toxic compounds in your body and also accelerate your detox process. It is best to drink a minimum of eight glasses of water daily. Your skin will even start to glow whenever you are well hydrated.

2. Stop breakouts externally

Check for skincare products which include honey. This is a very beneficial natural acne treatment, because it consists of enzymes which can help to minimize or perhaps stop the development of bacteria in your facial area. Honey is likewise full of antioxidants and this can help to get rid of free radicals. These anti-oxidants could enhance tissue development and at the same time assist with scar-healing. Choose a honey facial mask or even facial wash, even though this could be expensive.

Finally, you should not wash your face excessively. You may believe that washing frequently will help to remove dirt and oil, but this will only cause your face to become too dry and eventually allow your oil glands to generate much more oil. This could worsen your condition so it is best to use a good cleanser.

By: AlonsoArticle Directory: http://www.articledashboard.comIf you do not want to damage your skin I would use a good skin cleanser that has no nasty chemicals in it. If you combine a skin cream/wash with effective dietary supplements you are sure to have the smooth skin you have always wanted. Click Here for more information

Natural Acne Treatment

Share

Currently, there are various acne treatments available on the market, ranging from laser treatments, facilitating skin regeneration, pills and the traditional creams and cleansers. However, what most people seem to forget is that there are equally acne that are definitely better for your wallet. Here are some natural acne methods you can choose from.

Fresh Garlic
Yes, you read it right. Fresh garlic is actually an excellent way to acne and remove pimples without them leaving a mark. Just rub the garlic on the pimples every day until the pimple is removed. Of course, you might not like the smell of garlic on your skin but the result is definitely going to be worth it.

Honey and Cinnamon
A mixture of honey and cinnamon combined until pasty in texture should be applied to the skin prior to sleeping. The next day, you can use warm water to wash it off your skin. When done solidly for more than two weeks, the pimples would gradually disappear, leaving no trace of scar behind to mark the skin.

Baking Soda
Some people also recommend a mixture of baking soda and water applied on the face. Application of the mixture can be done as often as you want. Eventually, the combination of the two dries the skin, absorbing excess oil and thus preventing the emergence of new pimple and drying out existing ones.

Tea Tree Oil
One of the most common natural acne remedies is the use of tea tree oil on the skin. Deftly use a q-tip to dab on the pimple before falling to sleep and it will be able to dry out the irritation overnight. The same goes for virgin coconut oil which also instantly dries out the pimple.

Avoid sugar
Sugar has been linked with spikes in hormone which invariably triggers the emergence of pimples. This is the theory behind chocolates as foods that cause acne. In some way, this is true. Too much body sugar levels may cause the body to overproduce hormones that consequently results to a pimple break out. So although they’re not directly related, sweet foods can still act as triggers so you might want to keep them at a minimum.

Avoiding Pimple Break Out Triggers
Natural acne treatment methods are well and good, but keep in mind that the best way to treat acne is learning to avoid it in the first place. Hence, be aware of triggers like and late nights that can start a bout of acne.

To keep pimples from growing in number, you should refrain from prodding or touching them. Popping them to remove the pus would also be a bad idea. The minute that you notice a pimple, it would be better to immediately apply your home remedy so that it won’t get worse.

Of course, you should also keep in mind that these natural remedies are not full proof. Hence, if you are the methods mentioned above and it is still not working for you, then your best course of action would be to visit your dermatologist for a more professional opinion.
