Natural Hair

Dealing with hair has always been tricky business. Some people have great natural hair, and don't feel the need to mess with dyes, cuts, or other remedies. If you have great natural hair, hair care is easy and affordable. You might need a good cut every six weeks, and a good shampoo. For the rest of us, our hair doesn't cooperate, and leaving our natural hair as it is not always an option. When you dye your hair, get a perm, or have it straightened, you still want it to look as much like natural hair as possible.

If you aren't happy with your natural hair, you can use one of the options above to change your look. Many ladies with straight hair often opt for a perm. These use a chemical to alter the hair. The hair can have any number of different types of curls, and the results can last two to six months, depending on your particular hair. These are often a great way to keep your look updated and easy to manage. When you perm, however, you have to use more care than if you were just wearing your natural hair. You may have to deep condition to keep it looking good.

Another option is hair dye. When dying hair, it is often harder to achieve the look of natural hair. Hair by nature is multi colored. This means that even if you have brown hair, you will find many shades of brown in your tresses. There may be lighter browns, or even reds, present. This is natural, and can sometimes be the result of exposure to the sun. This is the way natural hair looks, and it is hard to get that with a dye. For the best look, have your hair dyed in a salon. They can often get results as close to natural hair color as possible.

Those with curls may wish to have their hair straightened. This can be done on a day by day basic with the help of a blow dryer or a straightening iron, or can be done by chemical, much like a curly perm. To keep hair looking like natural hair, this type of hair needs extra help. Straightening tends to dry out the hair, and curly hair is dry by nature. You should always use a quality shampoo and conditioner, and deep condition at least once a week. This will help keep your hair healthy, and give it the sheen of natural hair.

Low blood circulation to hair follicles a significant cause of hair loss?

hair loss

Bella asked: I read in a hair loss magazine about hair loss and low blood circulation, what is your opinion about it?

Yes Bella, as a registered nurse I know that this is a true statement.  The reason why is because of the oxygenation that is carried by red blood cells.  Oxygen is needed for growth of every tissue and cell and without it the tissue and cell will die.  The same with hair follicles no oxygen, no hair growth.  Haven't you heard people say to brush you hair while holding you head towards the floor or  brush your hair a hundred time.  This is all to promote more oxygen or red blood cells to the hair follicles.   More oxygen equals hair growth.  No oxygen equals hair loss.

Healthy Hair

For women who have been fighting with dry, brittle hair, they are often searching for the perfect way to get healthy hair. For me personally, this has been a life long battle. For those with naturally curly hair, it seems there is nothing out there that will effortless fix damaged and frizzy tresses.

The secret to healthy hair is not always a simple one. It really depends on your hair type and your budget. Women with natural curls often shun the hairdresser because many do not know how to cut natural curls, and the resulting haircut can be a disaster.

If you want healthy hair, find a hairdresser that is qualified to work with your hair type. If you have natural curls, look for someone who has worked with them extensively. The best way to find such a person is to ask around. If you see a woman with beautiful, healthy curly hair, ask her where she gets her hair done.

Hair products can help you get healthy hair, but remember that nothing can fix hair that has split. No matter how great the product is there is no repair for damage other than getting a trim. While many overlook this obvious task, it’s a great first step.

When hair splits at the end, it will continue to split up the hair shaft until it is trimmed off. You cannot repair split ends. Any product that claims to repair split ends to give you healthy hair is not being truthful. Some can smooth them out for a temporary fix, but nothing can fix them. They must be trimmed away.

Once you have your hair trimmed on a regular basis, you will notice that you have healthier hair. This is when you then want to find a shampoo and conditioner that will help keep your hair from getting damaged. Healthy hair comes when you baby and protect your hair.

If your hair is still dry, a really deep conditioning treatment might be required on a regular basis to achieve and keep healthy hair. For damaged hair, you should consider buying your shampoo from a salon. These shampoos are gentler on your hair. You can also take vitamins in your quest for healthy hair. Vitamins keep your hair healthy from the inside out. The healthier your hair is when it grows in, the better equipped it is to handle the abuse of styling products and blow dryers.

Lastly, remember to keep your hair safe from every day wear and tear. Cover it when swimming, don’t tug when brushing, and never use metal-pronged brushes. Keep up with your hair routine, and you will see healthy hair in no time.

I am a 20 year old boy from goa-india and i am having trouble with my hair. My hair is naturally very soft & smooth but there has been tremendous increase in hair loss for past year.  My hair started to fall maybe about 3 years ago but it was just minor but now suddenly it is at a very fast rate.  My hair is perfect on the side parts and also behind the head and also on the front of head but the problem is on top of the head or middle of the head and around crown of the head.

That's where i am losing lots of hair.  What should i do to stop it?  What is the reason for the hair loss?  How can i regrowth the hair? I have recently showed it to a dermatologist who has told me to use MINTOP FORTE(MINOXIDIL TOPICAL SOLUTION USP 5%).

He has told me that it is a slow process and it would take around 4 months to see the regrowth effect but he didn't told me reason for the hair loss.  Is the solution prescribed by the Dermatologist an ideal and perfect for me? Is it a good solution for hair problems?

There are many reasons for hair loss one could be hereditary (genetics).  My father started losing his hair in his late twenties and early thirties.  I am a female and is having problems growing my hair and I use to have a head full of hair also.   So start asking question about your family history.  Also stress, diet, allergies and hormone imbalances could play a roll in hair loss. Dry Hair Treatment

How's the dew treating you these days? Are you one of those individuals, who get along famously on a daily basis with near-perfect hair, or are you one of the folks who rarely have a good hair day? This is a question that should be addressed seriously. I mean come on people; this is your daily image we are talking about here. Don't you want every day to be a great hair day? You can certainly make this a reality with all the great hair products on the market these days? Do you have limp hair and just need to add a little body? Or maybe you have damaged hair from excessive coloring, and now require a quality dry hair treatment to get things back in order. Either way, you can make it happen in no time.

Where would you go to acquire a fine dry hair treatment? Wait, let me guess; you would head on over to your favorite hair salon. This is certainly not a bad idea. Chances are they will have several wonderful dry hair treatments to fix any damaged dew. Professional salons typically excel in this area. However, when it comes to a quality mouse, gel, or dry hair treatment, the local salons aren't the only ones with the answers.

At least not any more. These days we have a little something called the World-Wide-Web. Ever heard of it? It's where I go for all of my hair needs. Speaking of hair needs, a few weeks back I needed a decent dry hair treatment for my seven year old daughter. I tend to treat her conditions much more seriously than my own; therefore I had to pull out all the stops. You surely understand if you have a little one of your own.

Not only did I get online and order one of the most recommended dry hair treatments available, but I also took her to a professional to have a dry hair treatment or deep conditioning treatment done. It's all related to the swimming lessons. Since my daughter is swimming on a daily basis, it definitely wreaks havoc on her delicate hair.

You may encounter the same problem if you're an avid swimmer. Instead of fretting over it, just pick up a well-recommended dry hair treatment. In no time at all, your gorgeous locks will be as bouncy and shiny as they ever were. If you're not sure where to begin your search for a quality dry hair treatment, just pop open Google and punch in the key phrase "dry hair treatment." You will be astounded at the great results.
