How could homeopathy possibly cure this?

Go to a medical doctor if you are ill, if not don’t waste your money & time worrying about nothing.

Aromatherapy massage oils

After a hectic day at work, your husband complains of every part of his body aching with pain.

Will a good night’s sleep refresh him for the next hectic day? Not necessarily. With a similar schedule each day, he is adding to his pain, which within time will transform into a fatal disease. You being a caring wife, will you want this chain of events to continue? If no, then aromatherapy massage oils are for you.

Aromatherapy massage oils will go a long way in giving the much-needed relief to a person after a long day at work. Massage is both physically and emotionally stimulating for the body and when the massage is supplemented with essential oils the person gains from the synergistic influences of a calm mind and a radiant skin.

For the purpose of massage, people often mix more than one to give the desired effect.

The most common of these is the lavender, clary sage and lemon blend. It is known as the stress blend. The essential oils in concentrated form can be dangerous for use. Therefore, aromatherapy massage oils are mixed with carrier oils before applying it on the body. Similarly, one can prepare an aphrodisiac blend with essential oils of sandalwood and jasmine. Just have an idea of what purpose the aromatherapy massage oils will be used for and go on with the blending.

Aromatherapy massage oils work wonders with your skin and provide mental calmness. It is also used as a cure from several diseases.

Sandalwood essential oil

Sandalwood is one of the world’s most widely used essential oils, prized for its scent in perfumery, for its therapeutic effects in , Ayurvedic and Tibetan systems, and for its ability to centre the mind in meditative yogic traditions.

Modern aromatherapy considers the oil an effective skin care agent for dry skin, general irritation and acne; it can help in cases of bronchitis, catarrh, dry persistent coughs, laryngitis and sore throat; it may relieve diarrhoea and nausea, and can be supportive in cases of cystitis.

Beyond the physical body, Sandalwood essential oil is a great tonic for the hyper-active mind. In practical terms, the oil is considered an anti-depressant through its ability to relieve hot, agitated emotional states, and to assist in release from over-thinking and worry.

Essential Oils: What Are They?

Share

oils are not just wonderful fragrances. They are also man’s first medicine, natural healing tools for people and pets as well as liquids carefully steam distilled from plant materials. Discover that there is much more to these precious than just beautiful fragrances.

are the Lifeblood of the Plant

Have you ever torn the leaf of a plant and watched a tiny bit of liquid ooze out of the tear? That liquid ooze is the of the plant. This liquid helps to carry out the plant’s life function, just like blood. The oil also helps the plant to repair and heal when it has been damaged. It also functions in much the same way for people too.

Essential Oils are Liquids Carefully Distilled from Plant Materials

Any part of the plant can contain oil. The leaves, stem, flowers, bark, root and seeds can all contain oil. The plant material must be carefully steam distilled to the oil. The best pure therapeutic grade oils are slowly steam distilled using low temperature and low pressure. The oil from one part of the plant may have different healing properties than from another part of the plant. Each has its own unique fragrance, constituents and healing potential.

Essential Oils are Wonderful Fragrances

They are often used for perfumes, potpourri and scented candles because they smell so wonderful. The fragrant oils from plants have tiny molecules that are very active. They are energized and bounce around quickly leaping right into the air. That is why we can smell them so easily. The fragrance of the oil travels through the air because the molecules are so tiny and active.

Essential Oils were Man’s First Medicine

Oils from plants were actually the first used by man. Plant oils have been used by the priests and physicians of many ancient civilizations such as the Egyptians and . Even back in biblical times, plant oils were used for anointing to bring healing. Some examples of plant oils used in the Bible are frankincense, myrrh, hyssop and spikenard. These oils were used for supporting emotional health, spiritual wellness and physical needs as well. Bible references indicate that oils were used for cleaning (Exodus 30:22-29), skin care (Ester 2:12), stopping plagues (Numbers 16:46-50) and anointing for healing (James 5:14).

Essential Oils are Natural Healing Tools for People and Pets

Today people are using these same oils to support the health of their entire household. All family members, including pets, benefit from the emotionally and physically healing properties of oils. For example, lavender is antiseptic, calming and relaxing, peppermint is soothing to the digestive system and geranium supports skin regeneration. Every system of the body can be strengthened by using carefully selected . When using essential oils for health purposes, be certain that they are pure therapeutic grade oils. Oils that are synthetic or diluted with other substances will still smell nice, but will not have the same healing properties as those from pure plants.

Healing usually requires nutritional changes to manage epilepsy and disorder. The diet always impacts the course of any disease. The trauma that accompanies seizures can be stopped for those with seizures triggered by food allergies after the food trigger is identified. This identification can occur with blood tests, skin tests, muscle testing, and NAET testing. Each of these methods will work better for some patients than others. Skin tests can produce anaphylactic shock.

Dietary changes can be implemented immediately. Quantum Brain Healing eliminates fried foods, hydrogenated oils, sugar, caffeine, decaffeinated coffee other than the Swiss decaf method, alcohol, nicotine, carbonated beverages, fermented foods, and most refined foods. It is best to reduce your reduce your meat consumption and eat yogurt with live cultures. Drink freshly made vegetable juice on a daily basis and reduce fruit juices. There are several diets which are known to reduce seizures in many patients and they include the ketogenic diet, the GARD diet, the Rotation Diet, and the Elimination Diet. It is important to stay well hydrated by drinking 8 cups of pure water every day. Hydration can lengthen the amount of time between seizures.

The zinc and copper ratio is often out of balance for many people with epilepsy. The zinc level is low and copper level is high. This ratio needs to be addressed with close monitoring. Dietary changes focusing on eating more foods high in zinc or zinc supplementation may be necessary.

These food are believed by some to have value in reducing the frequency seizures: asparagus, beans, liver, carob, wheat, white lupine, cabbage, soybean, chives, buffalo gourd, groundnut, grains, butternut, almond, opium poppy, tomato, Italian stone pine, chaya, cowpea, black beans, pignut hickory, white mustard. Their ability to have this biochemical action is likely to be in their chemical and nutritional structure.

Dr Tim Betts at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, England researched using to help to control epilepsy. People with seizures that begin with a warning may be able to breathe in the scent of the aromatic oils at the start of the warning and reduce the likelihood or severity of an epileptic seizure. This should be carefully done under the guidance of a professional due to the fact that some oils can trigger seizures. The oils to be avoided by those with epilepsy include wormwood, sage, rosemary, hyssop, and fennel. ?Dr R Stone, MD in -India

Herbal Treatments Questions Answered

Share

Carol asks…

Herbal treatments..?

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone ever tried herbal treatments to treat failing kidneys? My sister has fsgs and she was told that her kidneys are only functioning 20% and she will need a transplant or dialysis soon.

Chloe Adisson answers:

I have FSGS and i have never taken . I asked my doctor about it once and he said do not do herbs and those types of things. They are not regulated whats in them and a lot of the things in them are harmful to the kidneys. Please consult a doctor before doing anything like that.

I was almost put on the transplant list but i got better and now my kidneys are functioning normally.

I take prograf, calcium, iron, vitamin D, aspirin, enalipril, diamox, bumex, prednisone. I used to take epogen shots as well but i am not anemic anymore

keep fighting and i wish her good luck. I know what she is going through

Betty asks…

herbal treatments?

Do any of the herbal supplements work for memory, or any others for general health?

Chloe Adisson answers:

Most common are ginko biloba and Gotu Cola.

Ken asks…

Do herbal treatments of HIV actually work?

Has anyone witnessed first hand the benefits of herbal treatments. There are a lot of claims on the internet. How can I be sure they are real?

Chloe Adisson answers:

The vast majority of herbal remedies on the internet or anywhere else are usually just outright scams, the beauty of modern is that each product has to pass extremely stringent clinical trials which can be reproduced anywhere in the world before it can be prescribed by a fully qualified doctor..

Anyone can sell herbal remedies (I’m not saying that they’re all bad or that none of them work) with no training whatsoever, the preparation, packaging and storage of herbs have no controls, they don’t go through any regulatory trials, they don’t need a licence and some of them can be positively harmful.

As for HIV, the only known treatment is antiviral products, none of which are herbal.

Mark asks…

Can acne be cured by any herbal treatments?

Hello, I am 25 years old female and facing problems of acne. I have done lots and lots of things to make it cure but always get failure in that. I also tried many allopathic treatments but the major problem remained as it is and side effects also joined it. I want to ask that if acne can be cured by any herbs or any kind of herbal treatments. Please give your suggestions. This acne is really making me irritating and frustrating. My bad looks are the result of this acne. Help me out.

Chloe Adisson answers:

Oh! Don’t get upset, I think it is problem of every second girl next to you. There are many ways that can help you to cure the disease but a way that suits you and is not one of the scams to cure them should be adopted. It is better to refer to an online guide
For http://www.holisticacnetreatments.com/ acne treatment that can make you aware of the pros and cons of the different ways and provide you a better solution. This will help you to balance yourself.

All the best!!!

Sharon asks…

Can Herbal treatments by a naturopathic dr help with Hepatitis d?

My girlfriend may start taking interferon treatments and I was wondering if herbal treatments would interfere with the interferon treatments
the person i would be getting the herbs from is a naturopathic doctor, with a degree in such

Chloe Adisson answers:

First off, your girlfriend should ask the doctor that prescribed the interferons. They know what they’re talking about, and probably see lots of people with liver problems, and will be able to give a sensible answer. The doctor will have been trained in pharmacology, and will know all about how drugs interact with each other in the body. On the other hand, the herb-seller (they are not doctors) won’t have had the same training. The herbs they sell won’t have had to pass the same strict regulations that medicinal drugs do, and so their effects on the body (and especially the liver, something to think about in an individual with hepatitis!) may not be fully known.

I’d say avoid the herbs altogether.
