Graying of hair is hereditary on my father’s side. Though I am 25 now and no white hair has sprung up, but I want to take the for precaution. If someone knows the medicine and the dosage, could you please state the same.
Please don’t give other home remedies, I have known and tried a lot of them including curry leaves and amla mixed in coconut oil. Thanks.

I have been recommended to use aloe vera gel to treat my acne. I’ve decided to find out how to use aloe vera gel for my acne and the results of it before buying aloe vera gel. Have tried using aloe vera gel to treat her acne? Can you please share with me how you applied the aloe vera gel? Do you wash it off in the morning after you apply it at night or do you have other ways of applying it? Thanks! :D

6 things must be done EVERYDAY to reduce/prevent acne: 1)Wash, Tone, Moisturize Face 2 or 3 Times 2)Don’t Let Dirty Things Touch Face 3)Eat Healthy Food, Limit Junk Food 4)Take Multi Vitamin Mineral 5)Drink About 64 oz Pure Water 6)Do 20 to 30 Min Aerobic Exercise. Doing 1 or a few of these will NOT keep skin clear as possible!

Use 3 things on face: Wash, Toner, Moisturizer. Do this at least 2x a day, morning & night (possibly 3rd time, midday, if super oily/sweating). Products that work for one person may not work for another person, so always do small patch test on face for a couple of days to see how skin will react to product! Don’t quickly jump from product to product! Give skin a break before trying new product to prevent irritation! Natural & gentle products are sometimes more effective than acne medicine!

NATURAL & GENTLE: Wash face with warm water & Purpose Gentle Cleansing Bar by Johnson & Johnson. Tone face with Witch Hazel (Thayers or Dickinson’s) or Homemade Toner. Witch Hazel reduces bacteria/swelling, minimizes pores, helps acne. Make toner by mixing 1 part With The Mother (Try Bragg) with 5 parts pure water. Test small area! If burns/to drying, use more water! Use at least 1 part water! Less Water = Stronger, More Drying Formula. This vinegar kills bacteria, absorbs excess oil, dries out pimples, lightens scars, refines skin tone. Don’t use other types of vinegar, will not work! Moisturize face with Lily Of The Desert Gelly, its 99% organic, contains vitamin A, C, E! helps renew skin cells, heals blemishes/scars. It’s great for acne if you’re not allergic to it. Most people aren’t – it’s an ingredient in most products. If you’re allergic to onions, garlic, or tulips, that would be an indicator of an aloe vera allergy.
As for application, apply just enough so your skin feels moist, use morning and night as with any other moisturizer.

Don’t put it specifically on pimples. If you have one that you picked at and its dry and flaky, it seems to work pretty ok at helping that. Putting it directly on festering pimples would make them worse. Or it did for me, anyways.

Can you really lose weight by detoxifying your body? What do you do in order to detoxify?

Short answer, yes you can but it is absolutely NOT the point of detox to lose weight. All the weight you “lose” will come back on, and quickly at that since it is water weight. Focus on eating less of the bad stuff and more of the good and you will achieve both. Detoxing to lose weight is dangerous and ineffective, please don’t do it. If you want to detox for health or spiritual reasons, there is a huge amount of information available for you to read. Please also seek the help of someone in the medical or alternative field.

A full detox will take about 30 days. You need to detox the liver, colon, blood, and lymph system. The most non-invasive way is with herbs. I recommend this because general detox kits over the counter contain synthetic chemicals that re-introduce poisons to your system. When detoxing you will feel really bad about 4-5 days into the detox. This is normal and it shows that the toxins are breaking free and being flushed from your body. You will feel progressively better from that point on. Drink plenty of water! This helps flush the debris.

What should I do to take care of my skin after a detoxifying mask?

I just used a detoxifying mask on my face and I want to know what I should do to take care of my skin after using it. I have used it before (once a week for 5 weeks now). And it’s pretty good at getting out blackheads (or at least making them less visible) and I want to try to keep them away.

My first question is what brand of mask was it? What are the active ingredients and purpose of the mask?

What kind of skin do you have? Always use a toner immediately after cleansing your face. The toner brings your skin’s PH balance back. The acid mantel on your skin takes 20 minutes to rebuild and during that time, any bacteria can enter your pores and cause an infection. This can cause acne and blackheads. The acid mantel is a barrier on your skin to protect against harmful bacteria. The toner helps rebuild this. So cleanse twice daily, use toner immediately after and always use an SPF and moisturizer.

Do you see an Esthetician for facials? It’s best to leave extractions to a professional who has the correct knowledge and tools to do this. You of course can do them at home if you know what you’re doing. If you do not know how to extract the blackheads, you can scar your skin.

At home regimens with masks is a great thing to do but only if you have minor amounts of blackheads. If you have excessive blackheads, it’s best to see an Esthetician for facials and product. The massage portion of the facials also helps with blood circulation to your skin which is helpful with blackheads and pimples.

Exfoliating is another important step during a facial. Here are the steps of a basic facial:

#1 cleanse
#2 tone
#3 exfoliate
#4 tone
#5 dis incrustation—product used to liquify the sebum (oil) glands to prepare for extractions (popping pimples and blackheads)
#6 steam with warm towels or steam (opens the pores)

Yes. Boil water, and squeeze lemon juice in it, wait for it to cool down and drink it. Drink it while its still hot.
