And does anybody know its benefits?

What is best for acne, Homeopathy or Medicines?

Share

Question by Florence: What is for acne, or ?
Obviously is no cure for clearer skin, but what is most effective out of Medicines (creams, pills etc..) or Homeopathy?
It seems that might work better, but do stubborn spots need stronger chemicals from ?

Answer by ?iluvL.A.86? Lets all go GREEN!
It depends. If you want something that is healthier for your body, use a homeopathy remedy. However, with a homeopathic remedy, the dosage is higher. For example, one remedy which comes in a bottle from A Vitamin Shoppe requires 4 doses a day. A such as Differin only requires one or maybe 2 doses a day but you should use with an oil .

Is there any medicine in homeopathy to eradicate (kill) Helicobacter pylori?

Share

by ganybhat: Is there any in to (kill) ?
I have acidity and stomach ulcer caused due to h pylori. Is there any homeopathy medicine for that?
Please tell me only Homeopathy medicines.

answer:

Answer by Paradise Regained
Consume more of licorice in your diet.

Licorice has anti-inflammatory properties and helps to reduce inflammation in the stomach.
Add more of bananas in your diet routine as bananas will help to soothe your stomach.
Incorporate high fiber content foods in your diet as fibers will improve digestion, which will eventually prevent formation of ulcers.

25 to 50 mg of zinc consumed daily can help in healing.
Vitamin A is the most essential vitamin that supports the stomach lining and reduces inflammation.
Natural herbs such as slipper elm and golden seal root aids in fighting bacteria and reducing inflammation.
Eliminate . Avoid foods such as fried foods, processed foods and junk foods as these trigger formation of stomach ulcers.
Try doing physical and mental exercise through yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques.
Acupuncture, meditation and massage can also help in curing ulcers.
Avoid smoking as this will exacerbate the condition.
Say no to alcohol and if can’t completely leave then at least limit your consumption. If you drink excessive amount of alcohol, it may result in reduced healing and can also worsen the symptoms of peptic ulcer.

Homeopathic Remedies
There is no data available to support their use. It seems that if homeopathic remedies worked, the makers would perform clinical trials to prove it and then have widely available under prescription. Since most if not all manufacturers of homeopathic and naturopathic remedies for H.pylori have not conducted requisite clinical trials ( which are very expensive to conduct) then we can assume that the manufacturers don’t really that their remedies work at all! So be vary of such remedies.

We recommend that you take the real medically proven therapies described above. Interestingly, some compounds used as natural therapies do suppress (but not cure) pylori . An example is lactobacilli found in yoghurt)!

Basically, HP is tough to eradicate if you don’t do it “by the book”.

That’s what the foundation said but Homeopathic Nux Vomica : take a 30C potency, 3/day could help..

If you do wanna go for a natural antibiotic I would suggest colloidal silver..

Nut oils for aromatherapy – can I use them for cooking?

Share

by : Nut for aromatherapy – can I use for ?
I’m looking for alternative vegetable oils for cooking and salad dressings but most are quite expensive. I’ve seen cold-pressed nut oils on Amazon and eBay at a fraction of the price when included in the aromatherapy category. Would these oils be any different from the ones packaged as cooking oils? They are advertised as ‘pure’, so I’m wondering if there’s a difference.

Answer by Alli Sane
Mmm, I wouldn’t go for it. Better safe then sorry.

Why do people believe that homeopathy works?

Share

by : Why do that ?
I mean, come on. Practitioners believe in the “law of similars” and that dilution of a “medication” increases its potency. Could be a more bulls**t practice? Probably, but homeopathy is hard to beat. So why do people buy into this snake oil?

answer:

Answer by Dr_ Lightning_Osteopath
Probably because they used it and got better afterwards.
Its harmless as a .
Why do you care what people spend their money on?

Glad the placebo effect has been mentioned. This is an important role in all forms of .
A study I read published a couple of years ago in the New Scientist concluded that Placebo was not constant.
Placebo and real medicine both perform better when the recipient has target symptoms and knows why they are taking it.
When they don’t know why they are taking it, both perform worse.
In view of this testing models using placebo are seriously being questioned as it now being considered as possibily inappropriate as a .
