Hcg Diet | Common Errors During 500 Calorie Diet Phase Of Hcg Diet

The questions often come up about how people can get the most out of their experience. We decided to come up with a list of 7 things that can inhibit someone from having the best experience possible. Success should be the goal of everyone on the diet and that success can come in various forms. It can come in the form of weight loss, better fitting clothes or the improved self esteem from overcoming obstacles. Whatever the reason let these 7 rules guide you in your path to a better you on the hCG diet.

1. Using the wrong spices. READ LABELS. Stay away from any form of sugar. (brown, white, dextrose, etc.) Stay away from any kind of oils.

2. 100 grams or 4 oz of precooked protein NOT after cooked. We all know that the proteins can shrink during the cooking process. If you are using a scale this will make a difference, but stick with pre cooked and you’ll be fine.

3. Not drinking enough water. The protocol calls for at least 2 quarts of the liquids per day. It’s essential to get rid of the excess fat that is being released.

4. Drinking drinks that aren’t approved on the protocol. These often include diet drinks, crystal light and copy cats of that sort. They may not have calories but they contain sugar substitutes which you are staying away from. (except Stevia)

5. Mixing vegetables. ONE vegetable at a meal is what the protocol calls for. Sure you may mix some and still see great results but if you stall for a period of time this could be the culprit.

6. Not loading enough during initial 2 days. It is normal for someone to go through an adjustment period during the first few days so make sure your load days are full of plenty of fatty foods. This will help with your mood during the 500 calorie times especially early on.

7. Avoid restaurants. Quite simply avoid them if you can and if you can’t than simply have a plan when you go. When this situation arises we tell people to say you have already eaten and aren’t hungry or you aren’t feeling well. We’ve all it done it before and it works well. Food at restaurants is rarely if ever done according to the protocol that is given.

All over the counter HCG products were announced as illegal and fraudulent by the FDA on January 24, 2011.
Testing concluded that all over the counter oral and injection products on the market have little to no real HCG in them but most a similar synthetic hormone.
Anyone that lost weight especially with the drops did it because they ate fewer calories than they burned. The HCG acted as the placebo to help them lose the weight.
The only approved use for HCG is to increase fertility in both men and women.
Next year will mark 60 years since this fraudulent science was started.

I was at the pharmacy yesterday. I looked at the HCG drops and it says right on the box, "Does not contain any hormone but contains an amino acid similar to HCG"
I can't believe that under current law they can still call it HCG Drops. Amazing!
Buy a pregnancy test and see if you got any HCG at all.

The positive reviews you read are written by profiteers and converts.
Staunch supporters of the diet treat it almost like a religion. "If you will just believe…"
The mental process occurring here is called "cognitive relativism" where HCG users assert their paradigm beliefs to the point where they deny facts, lack of evidence, legality, and true expert opinion.
The doctors exploiting this benign hormone can't even agree on how it works. Some say it releases stored fat calories into the system. Others say it acts as an appetite suppressant.
Neither explanation justifies the weight loss in the individuals taking the oral drops with NO HCG in them that still lost weight.
By the way, insurance does not cover this since it is not FDA approved. What doctor wouldn't want to get an "all cash" practice going?

Check out these clips before going further. Just aired a few weeks ago.

Please watch the clips before you decide.

Actually, you don't need to diet in fact to lose weight, I learned this at the web resource in the box below, they have lots of tips, I melted away 8 pounds by doing as they advised.
