Hcg Diet | What Are Some Of The Best Hcg Diet Food Ideas?

Share

Do you know what foods are qualified to be healthy enough to be an food? Knowing what to eat is one of the hardest parts of any diet.

What foods are absolutely not part of the HCG diet food plan?

Oils.

This wasn’t something that I thought would be a big deal but my doctor made it very clear that I am not to use any oils when cooking. I didn’t realize how much I really used them until I was cooking without! They are not overly important, but it’s definitely worth mentioning because some people simply do not realize.

Also to go hand in hand with oils is fried food. This should be a big “duh” for most people reading this, but I never want to leave out any information. No fried foods, period! And when you are done with the diet and you have not eaten fried food in over 40 days, you will be pretty proud of yourself and feeling much better on the whole.

Carbohydrates.

Now when I say carbs I do not mean completely cut them out. That is kind of hard to do. Cut out the main sources of carbs such as breads and potatoes. This was a tough one for me because I’m such a bread fan but you get used to it. A good substitute for people like me who need that little extra something is melba toast. You can find this in the cracker isle of most major grocers. I eat four to five melba toast with one meal a day.

Fats.

A lot like carbs, you can have them but of course not large amounts. They are also kind of hard to completely dodge. A tip here is when you are cooking some meat such as sirloin make sure you cut off all of the visible fat before you cook it. This will make it much more lean and healthier to eat. Not to mention cutting off the excess fat allows you to eat a little bit more of the good meat!

Sugars.

This is the big one and pretty much a no brainer. You can’t really have any real sugar throughout the diet. There are a few foods that have a gram or two of sugar and that’s fine. I’ve eaten some and continued to lose weight just like normal. The biggest suggestion I can make here is find sugar free alternatives to desserts that you like. I found sugar free popsicles that have done wonders for my sweet tooth. Depending on where you live certain beverages can be overly sweetened. I live in Texas, and sweet tea is one of the main drinks we have. This of course had to be eliminated from my diet.

So what HCG diet food can you have?

My favorite and most basic meals include a grilled meat (chicken, fish, or sirloin), green beans, and salad. A tip with the salad would be to mix up the different types of salad you eat. I go anywhere from shredded iceberg lettuce to regular iceberg to all romaine to garden blend. Small changes make it feel like a whole different meal. You can do this with the green beans also as there are many different varieties of green beans.

The greatest appetite suppressant is … fat. Specifically saturated fat (like butter, lard, tallow and coconut oil), which, when eaten within a high fat, modest animal protein, modest carb diet that contains no processed sugar, food-like items at all, will lead to the following:

Hmm to be honest I suggest you keep with it, I'm also currently on HcG but it's straight herbal, lost 25 lbs, in 15 days, but stopping to redo it will most likely gain a couple lbs with it. If you don't mind being set back a couple days go for it, but procrastination of a diet is kinda what leads people on this. Gotta tough it out and keep going.

Actually, you don't need to diet in fact to lose weight, I learned this at the web resource in the box below, they have lots of tips, I melted away 8 pounds by doing as they advised.
