Hcg Diet | Why Are The Load Up Days So Important When On The Hcg Diet?

Most people have read up enough on the HCG to understand that the first two days of the are used to load up on fatty foods. Yes, you read that right. As part of the you have to really eat those first two days and you’ll be very glad you did. But why should you eat or ‘load up’ on fattening foods?

When looking at this it is important to understand what is going to take place. The is a very low fat diet and your body does need some essential fats so load up now while you can. When I say ‘load up’ I mean really do it. Eat a burger if you want one or pizza or a fattening ribeye steak. Don’t forget the butter on your potato either. I tell people to get the cravings out of the way and if you want a donut then eat one because you aren’t going to have one for a long time and if you do the right you may not want one again.

The HCG diet changes your eating habits and changes the way you look at food. When it is done right you will find yourself craving cauliflower and fresh fruits and as strange as it sounds you’ll look forward to eating them. Remember that the fat you are eating during your ‘load days’ on this diet is fat that is used as energy in the weeks to come. Your body will be burning that off as you decrease the amount of calories you eat combined with the HCG diet drops.

While on the HCG diet continually study and learn about what good fats are and what bad fats are. Good fats are found in nuts, fish, olive oils and such. Your body will crave those naturally and you will want to eat those again but by truly learning about what your body should be eating and shouldn’t be eating and really seeing the results from good choices, you will change for the better.

In a nutshell, eat what you can while you can and enjoy those ‘load days’ with the HCG diet. Studies have shown that people who eat more calories during their load days actually lose more weight during the program. So don’t be hungry to start and give your body plenty of fat to burn during your program.

Another noodle that is fabulous for soups and salads is Kelp Noodles. No they are not green and slimy. They are made out of seaweed but they do not taste like it. Little to no calories I believe 15 per serving. I find them at the co-op in Everett.

Question, they don't have any ingredients in them just seaweed. Can we use these on the hcg diet?
