My opinion, all kind of these products, just for making money. Any person can do this by themselves. People just laze, that's why they trying to use this, but it is temporary result products. People need to change life stile totally, then metabolism will changed, hormone balance will change e. t. c. (I am relate to medical field in Europe and USA)
