The moral of the story…don't sign a contract you don't understand. Ever. If you don't understand, hire an attorney to explain it to you. If you can afford to buy a house, you can afford the $500 to pay an attorney to make sure you're not getting screwed.

Go Sarah!!!! If any easy weight loss meals occur to you, PLEASE POST THEM!!!!!! I have gained about 2 or 3 pounds during these Christmas holidays due to my total lack of self control and I do NOT want to go back to a tight size 8 again. Currently I am enjoying being a semi-tight 6 and a very loose 8. I lost weight due to being so busy in school all day every day but the minute I am not here come the pounds!!!
