Best Weight Loss Plan – Advice
There are many different types of weight loss programs available. The best weight loss plan is the one that you will stay with and follow.
There are some that make pretty amazing claims. It seems that you can lose weight almost over night and next to no effort.
The sad truth is that you did not put the weight on over night and you will not lose it over night.
It is best to use simple common sense. Start a modest exercise program, say an hour a day. If you do not want to go outside for exercise then an exercise bike or a tread mill could be your answer. I usually have an exercise bike parked in front of the T.V.
I use a diet plan called “Strip That Fat”. They will help you choose five sensible meals 14 days in advance. This keeps you from becoming hungry during the day it also kicks the metabolism into high gear.
It takes fuel to burn fat so keeping a decent calorie count in the body is very important.
you will want to stay away from high calorie foods such as cookies, brownies, chips well you get the idea.
The “Strip That Fat’ program works because it is a lot like big brother looking over your shoulder. On those rare occasions when I stray from the program I feel bad enough, now I have to admit it to someone else.
When I do not lose the proper amount of weight for the week they know I strayed.
The “Strip That Fat” program is the best weight loss plan I have tried. If you are looking to lose weight because you want to look good for this weekend, then this is probable not for you.
If you are looking for a long term program that will change the way you feel and look at yourself then this program is for you.
I will state this one more time if you are looking for a fast plan this is not for you. Hi Michelle,
Just ran accross your blog and gave your post a quick read…. well done….. Here's a question to ask that brings it all home. “You know that strip of FAT on your steak, ever wonder how the cow gets FAT when all it eats is grass?” The same grass the cow is eating gets turn into flour for a million products or offered as whole grain products for human consumption. We are getting FAT because we eat COW FOOD
Now lets look at the great cats, panthers, leopards, tigers….are they FAT or are they lean, strong and fast? Think about what their eating, they like us are carnovoirs, they are eating protein.
If you want to lose weight quit eating Cow Food and eat like the great cats!

I’m a bit saddened by the Ferraro article. I don’t disagree that there is sexism in America, or that it was a factor in this race, but I think it is counter productive and wrong to suggest that Obama or his campaign is guilty of sexism. The fact is clear that Obama is a feminist, and his presidency would be great for women’s issues. Of course, a Clinton Presidency would have been electrifying in it’s significance for women and women’s issues, even more so. Obama himself is the kind of person who would celebrate having a female president, so it isn’t right to suggest him otherwise. Here are his positions on women’s issues from his web page:
Right now the Democratic party needs to be focusing on the obvious ways in which our candidate's positions on women's issues are much better than McCain's.
