Adult Acne Skin Care – Tips For Clearer Skin

Adult is a problem that a lot of people suffer from. We all think we will outgrow it by the time with pass our teens but sadly for many this doesn’t happen. This article gives you a skincare routine that will help keep your skin clearer and less prone to breakouts. Of course a routine is only one part of the puzzle so this isn’t going to cure you.

While it is a common belief that dirt and grime causes acne, it is untrue. The only time dirt is a factor is if you are in a job that makes you dirty and mucky – otherwise acne is not caused by dirt clogging your pores. Zits are just inflammations under the skin so no amount of cleaning will get rid of them once they are there.

In fact if your skin care routine is too intense, you can actually make your adult acne worse. The best thing to do is to keep your adult acne skin care routine to a minimum.

1. Use a cleanser that is mild or just use water.

You don’t want to use anything to harsh on your face. If you use something too harsh it will irritate and dry your skin. This will trigger the bacteria on your skin to produce more sebum to undo this. When your sebum canals are blocked you get an accumulation of sebum which also irritates the skin and this increases sebum production even further. It is when they are blocked that the bacteria can cause inflammation. So adding a harsh cleanser to your skin care routine will just exacerbate your acne problems.

2. Don’t Use Moisturiser On Your Skin

Most moisturisers on the market are designed to attract water so that your skin can look plump and smooth. Unfortunately if your skin retains water this can cause sebum canals to pinch off (i.e. zits) and this is what we are trying to avoid.

3. Use Oil Instead.

To protect your skin from dehydration and flaking use an oil instead of moisturiser. This is much more effective. All you need is a fingertip of oil – this is enough to spread over your entire face. I have had greatest success with walnut oil and recently coconut oil. I prefer coconut oil because it smells lovely. I bought some unprocessed coconut oil from Ebay and have had great success with it.

The site looks interesting. They feature many high-end boutique brands which appeals to me. Sadly, they don’t list product ingredients for the items I was interested in. I buy many of my skin care products from Essential Day Spa. They are located in Vancouver and so shipping within Canada is only $5 and the service is excellent.

People don't hunt endangered species unless they want to go to prison. There are also laws that prevent unnecessary cruelty.

Animal testing is needed to protect humans. They aren't sure about the possible effects of drugs so the test them on animals first. If a person is hurt, not only is that bad for the person but it could cost the company millions of dollars.

Furs are valuable and provide many people food to eat. The animals aren't skinned alive. They are harvested in numbers that do not threaten them. People have been killing animals for their fur for millions of years. Fur coats are warm and highly valued.

Her REAL colour skin is a pale tan colour. Most pictures of her pale is photoshopped to make her pale so she fits in the 'scene' culture.
