eat right, a reasonable daily physical fitness program and everything in balance, eventually all will come in order… no suggestions as to this weeks trendy delusional methods fads etc… in the long run theyextremely harmful and never work. Sure you may lose a few lbs really fast but then shortly thereafter you will ballon up to more than you started at and every time you fake your body chemistry out like that ? it becomes even harder to lose it again and the heallth risks alone are quite frighteniing… but hey it sells huh and some snake oil seller made bank right? so what if they lie and sell false hope… they got paid~ If even 1 of those bogus things was legit? it would end the problem forever for everyone huh and besides they victimize the seekers of false hope and quick fixes huh. if it took 25 yrs to gain x number of lbs? it may take 5 more to get rid of it and remain healthy at the same time.
