Herbs | Manage Blood Sugar Fluctuations – Easily And Naturally

Share

Blood sugar fluctuations are not uncommon these days. When your blood sugar fluctuates, it means the normal balancing act your body used to do automatically, is no longer operating properly.

This can mean that you are on the way towards being diagnosed with diabetes. But it can be easily avoided, by making some simple changes in your life-style.

Typical symptoms of diabetes mellitis are polyuria (frequent urination), polydipsia (abnormally large thirst) and polyphagia (eats too much, huge appetite). Your other main symptoms may be fatigue, muscle weakness and too low body pH (acidic). Your immunity is low, making you a good target for all sorts of infections and maladies. The frequent medication used to counter this, further lowers your immune system.

It’s an unenviable problem, and without proper understanding, can be with you for life.

However, there are some simple measure you can adopt, to totally reverse your blood sugar fluctuations and so the potential for diabetes.

Firstly, you need to understand that your may be part, or all, the cause of the problem. If you eat a lot (or any) processed food such as white sugar, artificial ingredients, white flour, etc, then this will contribute to your problem.

By removing ALL processed or artificial ingredients, you may be able to cure the process.

So start by reading the ingredients of everything you eat and drink. Make sure you know what goes into the food, when you eat out.

Secondly, a diet high in fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds, especially raw, may completely cure diabetes, whether or not it is insulin dependent. So imagine what it can do for your blood sugar fluctuations.

If this sounds too difficult to achieve all in one go, then start with baby steps and replace one item in your diet at a time. For example, if you’re a big soft drink consumer, start by making delicious freshly squeezed fruit and/or vegetable juices. Make them to suit your taste. The whole point is to ensure you LOVE them, so it’s easy to make the switch.

Buy a stainless steel flask and take it with you when you’re out and about. That way you won’t be tempted (or not often) to buy a soft drink.

When you are comfortable with this, move on to another aspect of your diet. Perhaps you eat fast food regularly, say three times a week. Cut this back to twice a week, and prepare a wonderful dish of fresh vegetables of your choice. Really enjoy it and look forward to it.

By changing your diet in small steps, ensuring one step is anchored deeply in your psyche before moving on to the next step, is likely to bring the most long term benefit for your blood sugar fluctuations and so your potential for diabetes.
