Healing | Facilitating Healing By Restoring Balance To The Cells

Do you remember watching a commercial in which an opera singer is singin a very high note with her voice? There is a crystal wine glass near-by. The glass begins to vibrate and then shatters.

The crystal glass has a natural frequency. As long as someone can hold that frequency long enough, the energy in the glass will actually deform the molecules in the glass. When there is enough energy, the glass shatters. Everything has a natural frequency. When a platoon of soldiers crosses a bridge, they break their rhythmic cadence so the frequency of their marching doesn’t damage the bridge.

In 2008, MIT physicist Michael Feld and Subra Suresh, a material scientist with MIT as well as its dean of the School of Engineering, found exactly that (Technology Review, Inc. September 10, 2008). They studied the nanosecond vibrations in red blood cells. These cells had the malaria parasite.

These brilliant researchers used a laser beam and a microscope to demonstrate that cells vibrate differently when healthy than when they are unhealthy. They believe measuring these minute cellular vibrations could one day lead to greater accuracy in diagnosing disease.
