why is it advised not to take homeopathy medicines during fever?

Question by : why is it advised not to take homeopathy medicines during fever?
I am using homeopathy medicines for curing sinus, when i suffer from fever doc advised not to take those medicines, may I know why?

Beats me. Have a glass of water. And it’s preparations or remedies, it’s not medicines.
