Q&A: What aromatherapy would work for depression problems?
Question by Cat lover: What aromatherapy would work for depression problems?
I know it’s probably a quack medicine but I think that it’s worth a try in addition to regular therapy and medication. What aromatherapy would be helpful for treating depression?

clary sage is great for depression

I have had depression and found that clary sage, bergamot and lavender have helped me. I use them in the bath, the lavender helps me relax and the bergamot is uplifiting.
