homeopathy?
Question by crystal: homeopathy?
can anyone please tell me in which states of usa i can practice homeopathy legally?( i have degree in homeopathic medicine from india.) i know , there are 5 states in which i can practice homeopathy legally but i don’t know by names.

I believe California, Hawaii and Oregon are 3 of them possibly Arizona

Homeopathic medicine does not exist as a single, unified body of knowledge. How it is practiced in your home country and where you were trained may vary considerably with standard practices in this country. Your training may or may not qualify as sufficient in the States that allow it. You will likely have to search State by State under their licensure laws to find out if it is allowed and what is required to be properly credentialled.
Beyond that, even if a State allows a particular type of care does not mean that 3rd parties (insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, etc) will pay for it. Then there is the cost of malpractice insurance to consider…
