Sandy asks…
What are some good aromatherapy scents for a man?
Chloe Adisson answers:
Let’s see… Geranium, lime (excellent), Amyris, hint of cedar (can be sensitizing), fir, jasmine, any of the woody or deeply scented tones.
I love a man in essential oil, wow. Lime with geranium and just a hint of jasmine, so nice… But not for a girl.

Donald asks…
Which aromatherapy scents are best for people who want to lose weight?
Chloe Adisson answers:
Really sweet ones, like Ylang Ylang. Vanilla smell also helps to curb sweet cravings. However aromatherapy is not designed to do this, get a decent diet, and once our diet is well balanced and when you got your nutritional status up, you should not crave sweets any more. Then you can start to reduce your serving sizes, not changing the composition of your diet, only the quantity, and the weight should reduce. Do not say “lose weight” because then subconsciously will look for it till you find it again (and put it back where it was)
