Most women put on weight during motherhood despite all the running around constantly. When you have young children, it’s difficult to feel motivated when it comes to exercising because you don’t even get enough sleep. Exercising requires more energy, and energy is something that’s hard to spare when you’re already exhausted.
It’s a fact that sometimes mothers end up being a human dustbin which is why they feel unhealthy and gain weight. They usually snack with their kids or eat their leftovers. All the leftovers you eat, even little sandwiches or cookies, can build up and cause you to gain weight.
Another fitness killer is isolation. You won’t get motivated eating healthy or exercising if your world revolves around young children. But it’s important not to neglect yourself. Follow these effective tips to help you lose weight and regain fitness and confidence.
Always remember that you’re not a dustbin. Put your children’s leftovers in the bin instead of eating them.
When you spend time with your kids, use it to do some physical exercises and stay fit. Try pushing the baby stroller at a brisk pace. Another great idea is chasing your children around the park. You can join your kids in some activities they go to or help the coach the class like swimming or dance lessons.
When you spend time with your children, don’t allow your confidence and health to deteriorate. You can do some physical activities and ask your partner or neighbor if they can look after the kids for a while.
While it’s great being a mom, don’t let it be the reason why you’re not spending enough time on yourself. If you become more active, your energy levels will increase and you’ll be full of life and healthier. In case you never heard no knowledge acquired is ever wasted. The more you learn about anything, the more you know and the more likely that you will avoid getting into any problems, so always try to learn much more than you know now. And no, ignorance is certainly not bliss. Instead, it’s destructive!

I must say, this is the least-depressing comments thread on SocImg related to fat people in a long while. Are the fatphobic commenters all at the gym, (not) eating a salad while having weight loss surgery? According to them it’s how you stay slim, so I assume they all do it too.
