I’ll probably get down-voted, but here goes nothing. Your intentions are good and I know your friend is in debt, but loose skin is not attractive. Why are you against her making herself feel better? It is her life and her body and I know several people who have gone through breast lift/augmentation and a tummy tuck after significant weight loss. The friends I have who have had these procedures feel great about themselves now and the increase in confidence is astounding. Again, I do realize you have good intentions, but I think you should support her and be happy for her.
