Being overweight is a concern that most adults in the modern world share. Although it is a big problem, it can be easy to overcome.

The biggest reason why it is so hard for us to lose weight is that for many of us, losing weight means doing something once, and then being done with it.
If you’ve ever gone on a diet, you know it is a little bit more involved than that. It requires tremendous willpower. There are many deeper reasons other than simply eating and exercising. What are some of them?
Not too many of us have jobs where we need to break a sweat on a daily basis. Not only that, but most of us are so busy, we don’t really have time to stop at the supermarket every day and pick up fresh food for our daily home cooked meal.
So it is only natural that if we leave things to chance, our current lifestyle will naturally lead to obesity. Only when we make a conscious effort to change, do we have hope of losing weight once and for all.
Of course, this is easier said than done. The only way this really works is to make small, easy to live with changes. As these small changes make their way into our everyday activities, you can really start to notice some bigger changes over the long run.

The Kristof article is a good one. It hightlights the need for more research into women's health in general.
For example, I have often wondered about the effects of birth control pills on women's health. How do they really effect women's hormones, especially in the long-term? Very little research has actually been done on that.
And where is that men's birth control pill, anyway? Hasn't it been in the works, oh, for about 50 years now? Let's screw around with men's hormones for a change, okay?

Women's reproductive systems are never the property of anyone besides the woman, regardless of who is president. Try reading a Social Studies book, moron.
Tell you what, Ellie Mae, we'll prosecute those doctors as soon as former president monkey face is brought to the Hague on charges of war crimes and Cheney is arrested for shooting a man in his face with a shotgun.
But since your entire argument is based on a complete falsehood, I don't see why anyone should debate back. You know, there are books available outside of the Hatemonger Christian Book store!
