y'all are so right this is the time fo year folk are looking for ways to lose weight fast and Kimkins.com lies about their diet being better then weight loss surgery and none faster. Well Kimmer is discovering the plan she created out of thin air isn't working for her either.
I'm so glad Tippy?Jeanie decided not to allow her weightloss story to be associated with that dangerous plan sold to thousands with fake stories.

My trainer said to do them every day and just do a different workout (area) each day. Like obliques, then lower, then upper using different machines or floor exercies.
