HCG Diet Frequently Asked Question: What Supplements Should I Take?
So now that you have started the HCG Diet one of the biggest questions we hear is: What Supplements Should I Take? Or Can I take those “diet” pills I see advertised on TV while on the HCG Diet?
So to help you achieve your weight loss goals we have compiled a list of a few recommended supplements we believe you should be taking while on the HCG Diet. Be sure to take your supplements with food and water unless otherwise directed but the products label.
Also, remember to READ THE LABELS and to make sure that there is no sugar or fats in the supplements you buy, you’d be surprised to see what they put in some of the products you buy in the vitamin aisle. Finally,if possible always purchase Organic products:
Mandatory:
Vitamin B-12: We recommend a liquid sublingual form for better absorption.
A Good Multi-Vitamin: Try to buy a product that is made from whole foods.
Highly recommended:
Fiber:Psyllium Husk works well
L-Carnitine:Aids in the process of Ketosis (burning fat reserves for energy)
Helpful
Hoodia (just Hoodia, not a diet pill with Hoodia): Natural Appetite Suppressant
DO NOT TAKE THE FOLLOW SUPPLEMENTS:
These supplements have been show time and time again to interfere with the effectiveness of the HCG Diet and are generally considered unsafe as it is. We strongly recommend you do not take any:
Diet Pills
Fat or Carb Blockers
Water Pills
We hope these recommendations will help you achieve the results you are working towards. You can do it and we can help!
