HCG Diet Protocol
Having a slim yet healthy, energetic body is everybody’s dream. Especially people who endorse a flabby body try their heart out to get into shape, but are disappointed after joining a gym or going on a crash diet. They find that along with reducing weight they also lose their glow, body charm and start feeling lethargic. This is when you should switch over to and adopt the famous British endocrinologist Simeon’s low-calorie “HCG Diet Protocol.”
HCG refers to Human Chorionic Gonadotripin, which is a glycoprotein hormone produced during pregnancy. This hormone has been known to burn the body fat without making the muscle and body leaner; thereby, helping you in losing fat and weight without bringing any change to your body tissue, body glow and energy. Simeons, in one of his studies, recommended that low-dose injections of HCG daily along with a well-charted low-calorie diet can bring the mass of the adipose tissue in the body low by a major extent without losing any body tissue and making it leaner.
HCG DROPS
The recommended dosage of HCG injections to be given to the person is as low as 125 IU. In addition to this, the person is advised to not increase his/her daily calorie intake beyond 500 cal with a diet comprising high protein, low carbohydrate and low fat. The course called the HCG Diet Protocol lasts for almost 3″4 weeks with 23″25 injections of HCG and a low-calorie diet. The diet includes any beverage without sugar in the morning with just 1 tbsp of milk in 1 day. Boiled or grilled chicken breast, crab or mutton (100 gms) with any one boiled vegetable from a range of chard, spinach, green salad, celery, tomatoes, onions, cabbage and cucumber. Any fruit (preferably apple) in the evening followed by dinner similar to lunch.

Hey I just started the diet plan a little bit ago, like a week. If you stick to it and DRINK THE WATER you will lose the two-three pounds. I found that if I drank less water, that I only lost about two pounds a day. If you want to lose more weight then EXERCISE with it, but it's strongly recommended to not exercise (Due to: too much weight loss)
The main purpose is for the diet is to lose excess fat pounds WITHOUT removing muscle or structural fat.
It's very effective if you follow the meal plan (but i usually get a veggie sub at subway under 500 calories and i lose the weight.)
I strongly recommend it, BUT you HAVE to be on the diet for a minium of 21 days otherwise you will gain back all the weight. You have a maximum of 45 days to be on the diet.
So listen, if you want more information stores all around your area sell it. (i didn't even know my small town sold it lol)
In my town for $21 dollars you get a 21 day drop kit that comes with the drops and instructions along with all of this information that you're asking about. A lot of the employees at the stores who sold it have used it and it's very effective. Good luck

I'd also suggest trying the HCG diet if you have a good bit of weight to lose! Be careful to find real HCG as there are many scams. Dr Simeons book Pounds and Inches discusses how it works. I'm 25 days into my diet and have dropped 16.5 lbs of belly fat. I also feel great on it.
