All with great success and no noticeable negative results. Since the FDA has not approved hCG for weight loss, some health professionals will not recommend it just based on that fact alone. Writers who talk about organ damage and the like are reacting to the 500 calorie diet as if that is all that is involved in the hCG plan and they are not really understanding the fact that the calorie deficiency is made up by metabolizing your body’s lard and the body organs survive just fine and in fact benefit from the reduction of excess blubber.
HGC Diet: But does it work.
The answer is an resounding YES! And there are several reasons why. The most important ones are the fact that the body burns so much flab during this Diet that it motivates you to stick to it. Besides this, you can not cheat on this Diet or you will pay. Remember the cells are open for the lard trading business either way. They will accumulate flab just as rapid as they will expel it when they are under the influence of hCG. Since you can’t cheat, you reduce double-time. The figures of 1 to 3 pounds a day are not unreasonable, especially if you follow the program meticulously.

The HGC diet is amazing!! It works wonderfully and its quick! During college I had gained about 20 pounds from stress and poor diet and excercise. I decided to give it a try after my sister tried it with great results. I was skeptical as others have mentioned about the limited calorie intake. I never felt hungry, just a little empty, which went away after a glass of water. I only did the 23 day version and lost 17 pounds plus an additional 4 after I stopped the shots. I weigh myself just about everyday and haven't fluctuated more than a pound or so in either direction and its been over a year since I completed the diet.

Sorry, but if any of these diets worked, we'ld all be following them. Also, a diet should be a healthy lifestyle change. Spot dieting doesn't work.
