Shots Vs Drops For The Hcg Diet
The HCG diet was formed in 1950 by Dr. Simeons. Simeons treated individuals suffering from obesity, who despite their best efforts were unable to achieve weight loss. Starting with a very low calorie diet, Simeons then included daily injections of HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin). He discovered this regime prompted the body to release excess fat. Not only were the individuals on this unique diet able to loss the weight, but they maintained it as well.
The original diet formed by Dr. Simeons allotted a HCG dose of 125 I.U. to be used. Today, this same dosage is still used in clinics. HCG was first provided as an injection to the individual. Those injections require a prescription, are often painful and time-consuming, and have a hefty price tag with them.
Today, HCG drops are being used. These drops are homeopathic and placed under the tongue, eliminating many of the complaints associated with the injections. Not only are HCG drops as effective as shots, but they do not require a prescription from a physician and are less expensive. As you closely follow the low calorie diet the accompanying HCG drops can be taken several times throughout the day without hassle.
Good prices seem to abound on websites offering a dose of 30 drops of HCG daily. These good deals diminish when you understand the correct dosage of HCG is 60 drops daily in order to equal the strength of the injected HCG.
Best way to avoid this pitfall is to view the price as a per ounce basis. It is common to find deals based on the length of the HCG plan, avoid this scam, the number is random and inaccurate. As a general rule, two ounces of HCG will provide 15 days of treatment taken at the proper dosage. Many websites will say that this same amount will last anywhere between 26-40 days.

Christopher Gardner, Ph. D., at Stanford School of Medicine, did a talk, [“The Battle of the Diets: Is Anyone Winning (At Losing?)” It’s pretty interesting, he brings up some points on insulin resistance (low carb works good, low fat doesn’t) and insulin sensitivity (both work) affecting what diets works best for people. It’s is based on a study he did, [“Comparison of the Atkins, Zone, Ornish, and LEARN diets for change in weight and related risk factors among overweight premenopausal women: the A TO Z Weight Loss Study: a randomized

Hello. Many people are interested in this answer so I will give you the truth once and for all.
The truth is ye extreme weight loss can give stretch marks. But, if you are only planning on losing 25 pounds I wouldn't consider this extreme.
Extreme would be anything over 50-75 pounds and even then the stretch marks would be minimal. Extreme weight loss more is for people looking to losing over 100 pounds in most situations and often times you will see many of these people with stretch marks.
The most important thing is a new healthier body!
