The HCG is most suitable for people who are fed up with their excess weight but don’t the time or the will to engage in strenuous workouts demanded by other weight loss plans. You don’t have to a workout when you are tired or have to have extra sleep. For this, you can consider the best slimming program around.

Actually there is good reason for not requiring you to perform exercises. When you get tired from all that physical exertions, you become famished and it’s a bit of pressure not to take a bite. There’s great risk you will reach for some food not allowed in your diet plan. The exercise is, for HCG dieters at least, unnecessary and even dangerous.

Doing away with extra weight without exercising is not the only “strange” aspect of HCG diet. The diet plan allows you to eat as much as you like with one condition, you are not to eat calorie rich foods. You are only allowed, while undergoing HCG the program that is, foods that rich in protein and fiber and you are also encouraged to drink a lot of liquids but not those with sugars. For your diet there are lean meats, fruits, seafood (with exceptions) and vegetables. Not too bad, come to think of it.

And the diet improves along the way. In the end, you can consume eat almost all foods you used to consume. Gradually you’ll be permitted some fat and starch, but fast foods and heavily processed foods are permanently out. You’ll be maintained on proteins and fibers, but this should not pose difficulties is your new weight as motivation.

So although I bet “against” you, it’s not personal. And I tell you what if I win you can come on over and borrow the bike any time you want… my treat…But to help you hold onto that sweet ride I’m prepared to offer some weight loss advice I learned through 8 plus years of wrestling.1) cutting water weight is well within the rules, if you make weight at weigh in… you’ve made weight the ref doesn’t ask nor need to know where that weight came from… unless you’ve got a bloody stump where a limb was… that might be an issue…2) To that end a good set of plastics under a set of sweats go a LONG way in cutting weight. Use judiciously as it can be a bit of a problem to be severely dehydrated.3) According to every wrestling coach I ever had weight loss must require lots and lots of running -or was that the endurance to last a full match… Anyway you’ll want to run and run and run some more, around tracks, up stairs (every tread no skipping treads because that would be cheating… like hanging a toe off the scale and leaning just a little, weigh in tricks I disavow but they can net you about 3 or so lbs if you have no morals), anyway run up hills, on trails, around the house, if you’re going somewhere YOU ARE RUNNING! you may not believe this if I told you but you’ll run like the wind blows… (sorry got a little Gump on ya there). If you’re near a high school with a field and bleachers those work well as you can combine laps and stairs and lots of them both. You can run around the track once or twice, then up the stairs once or twice, call that one lap, and repeat 5 times or so… followed by skipping rope. I would cut about 10 lbs in the first two weeks of each season with that kind of warm up, before our 1.5 hour long practice. So I’d do that and then some swimming, riding or weight training. If you’re not physically exhausted by the end of each “practice” you’re not cutting weight. Don’t make me take you to “two a day”s…And to quote the eloquent Red Green, “Remember I’m pulling for ya… we’re all in this together…”
