Finest Massage Treatments In Massage Chairs

Many people don’t realize the absolute variety of treatments contained in a typical chair. chairs use advanced technology to provide full body capabilities. Add advanced sensor technology combined with sophisticated software equals therapy bliss. Here are some of the best treatments in chairs today.

The classic Japanese massage technique is known as shiatsu. Shiatsu uses a combination of acupressure, stimulation of acupoints and other massage movements to provide invigoration and stress relief. This helps to relax the body while increasing awareness.

Shiatsu has been around for centuries. It is thought to be a descendent of ancient Chinese medicine. It is also derived from acupuncture. Shiatsu uses pressure to stimulate the acupoints to relax the body.

Just to provide a shiatsu massage, sophisticated sensors have been integrated to determine different points of the body. These sensors look for the shoulder, neck and also your individual acupoints. This information is then fed into the computer which adjusts the massage to fit your body.

One of my favorites is the foot reflexology massage. When your feet are tired, aching and sore, then this is a perfect time for a reflexology foot massage. The reflexology foot massage not only relaxes your feet but also your whole body.

Reflexology massage uses trigger points located on the bottom of the feet. Specially designed plates or airbags are used to stimulate the trigger points located on the feet. These trigger points are believed to be related to other parts of the body.

The reflexology foot massage is done in tandem with an air compression massage of the feet. The air compression massage helps to loosen the feet and also to hold them for the reflexology plate. In just a few short minutes, your feet will feel relieved and rejuvenated.

For targeted relief, try the kneading and shoulders. One of my favorite manual techniques is the kneading massage. This is a side to side motion. Generally, this is used for the back, shoulders and neck.

The kneading massage is particularly effective in loosening up the larger muscles of the back. The side to side motion helps to stretch and pulled the muscles which relieve tightness. A finer kneading motion can be used to penetrate very tight muscles or knots.

Stretching should be part of your daily routine. It is important to stretch out the body to maintain flexibility. Massage chairs have incorporated different types of stretching systems. Some massage chairs have upper body stretching while others have a lower body stretching.

The lower body stretching system is very interesting. This particular feature works off of the leg rest. The leg rest will hold onto your feet. It then will move fully horizontal. It will then start to lower to three successively lower positions. This is a great way to stretch out the lower body.

These are just a few of the many great features found in massage chairs. Many massage chairs now have music players, heating systems and provide full body massage treatments. Massage chairs work off a remote control which allows the user to select specific options.

Check out the top national brands to find their latest models. You will be amazed at the variety of massage programs and combinations of areas. These massage chairs provide effective massage treatments and will last for many years to come. Massage chairs are the best way to receive daily massage treatment.

Choose from the best Massage Chair Treatments in the convenience of your own home with a massage chair recliner. Imagine the convenience of one touch, total body therapy. No appointments needed. Select the Massage Chair Treatment that you wish to have right now and let your tensions evaporate. Massage chairs are as easy as sitting down.

This is a major threat to the right to have alternative health choices and freedoms. We're one heart beat away from becoming a police state. We can not allow our natural supplements and nutrients to be under the supervision of the FDA.The FDA has NO RIGHT to POLICE healthy health choices! We alternative health advocates will revolt and win. These freedoms are bigger and more powerful than the FDA. Leave the rights of others who wish to go to their local health store alone. This is NOT the domain of the FDA and NEVER WILL BE!

Hi there! My name is Jessie and I work at W Magazine. I don't know if you read the publication, but there's an in-depth interview with Dr. Christiane Northrup online from our October issue that I think you and your readers might be interested in. She is sort of an alternative health guru and is coming out with a book called, “The Secret Pleasures of Menopause.” There isn't much PR for the book as it is being independently published by the Bantam Dell Publishing Group. Here is the link to the site, if you are interested:

Republicans unveiled repeal legislation Monday night – two days before they officially take charge of the House. They plan a key procedural vote on Friday and a final vote the following Wednesday, according to House GOP sources.

This is where a supposedly legitimate news organization such as CNN pretends itself to be, should feel obligated to explain whether the entire Health Care bill is being voted in repeal of, and if so, what alternative Health Care plan are GOPers considering as follow up to Affordable Health Care.
