Do not slack off. When you slack off, your goal of losing weight will be harder to reach.
The fastest way to reduce pounds is to start eating right. Eat foods with low calorie counts. Eat more fruits and vegetables. But you cannot just eat properly without exercising. You need to be able to burn what you eat as well. Allot at least an hour daily or every other day for exercising. The more amount of time you spend exercising would ensure faster weight loss. You do not need a specific kind of exercise. There are many kinds of exercises that you can do. You can swim or run. It does not matter as long as you do something and move.

Do not waste your time in gyms. Seriously, join as many sports teams as you can. The absolute best way to lose weight is explosive sprinting, it reprograms your body via its endocrine system to utilize blood-glucose as fuel instead of storing it as fat. Doing these explosive exercises in gyms sucks and requires a ton of discipline, doing these same exercises in sports settings is significantly more fun.

Eat right, exercise. The most important thing is to be honest with yourself – either stick to a plan or not. A lot of people can't lose weight because they have weak minds – you need to make sure you are strong and are ready to do this. The rest is simple. Ever seen biggest loser? Those people lose more than 10 pounds a week, no sweat.

There are several weight loss (bajar de peso) programs that are available these days but I feel that one of the best ways to lose weight is eat moderately, drink a lot of water and do regular exercise. This way you will be able to lose weight as well as keep your body healthy.
