It's better than some other stuff, but…I wouldn't say it's great. It's because of the way milk breaks down in your system. It breaks down into a sugar, so it's like eating sugar. Milk breaks into lactase which is a sugar. The protein in the cereal is good though. My GP told me to stop eating cereal in the morning; she described it like eating candy and then having that "crashing" feeling later in the day.

Nice post. Its interesting how hard you actually need to workout to lose calories. However, what they don't say is if you do workouts to target specific areas, you can lose weight easily. There are workout videos that show you how to target these key spots necessary to lose weight in just a short time commitment each day. However, eating less and more healthy definitely increases the speed you will lose weight.

Ha ha, not just me then, I thought it was a boys trick only loving plastic and shiny things. I need to run sadly as I have weight to lose and no will power to drastically change me eating habits (which to be fair, are pretty good). I also work a lot in the garden but a winter of sitting and sewing has taken it's toll so running it has to be and I do like being outdoors. Bx
