Nope, but that is why I go to the box.
More importantly, how did you feel after reaching those new heights yesterday???
AWESOME, don't think I would have tried the 36″ on my own.
As far as goals go: 22 lbs lost since January 1st. Goal was to be 225 by end of March, at 223 right now.
Next goal is 200 lbs by July 13th, Time to tighten up!!!

^I was discussing what was posted, which was a non-dimensionless parameter being in used in an area that absolutely needs one. That is all I was trying to get across. The 80-10-10 rule is such a dimensionless parameter.

I used to C2CAM in the Art Bell days. I’m a hardcore skeptic and I never believed an ounce of it, but at least Art Bell kept the show entertaining and compelling. Noory brought the tempo of the show way down and I quit listening when he start pushing alternative medicine.

Rick, there are so many things to recommend but my first is to talk to your customers!
Tell the cashiers in your store to ask every customer what Fitness sites they visit online.
I notice you sell some pretty expensive fitness equipment. I'll bet your potential customers are researching fitness equipment online. Your job is to find out where and I'll bet its NOT a newspaper site.
Take all of your products and google them. Find out what sites are writing, reviewing and talking about those products.
Get the list down to five and then contact them and ask if they geo-target Albertans. I'll bet you pay a LOT less than $30 CPM AND reach your target audience!

The way to find this answer would be to make two surveys. One for Mikveh-goers, another for non-Mikveh goers, and see what comes up. You can do this at surveymonkey.com but you'll have to find the people who will do your survey.
