Light a few scented candles while you slowly add some cooler water within 30 minutes when your bath water gets a little colder. The is the start of your new routine. This will stimulate your blood vessels. Next, dry off and dress nice and warm for bed.
The next day, start of by drinking lemon water which is heated. Take a walk and breath in deeply. Ask your partner for a nice massage if possible. Once again, end the detox process with a slow dry massage and another bath. Spend the Sunday doing the entire process but add in one other activity. Make a complete list of things or people like work that make you feel toxic. Think about how you should handle each of these to lessen the effects. When you are through, pamper yourself with a little meditation.
Keep in mind that you may have some sweating, headaches or skin rash. These are only signs your body is getting rid of toxins and this is only temporary. Detoxifying is very safe and effective and is cheap enough to be done each week. Be sure you don’t do this when you are on your period, sick or pregnant.
