Very well said! I totally agree that losing weight to become healthier is best and likely more sustainable. Losing weight for someone else might mean gaining it back if that someone else were gone. I am fortunate enough to have married a man that loved me when I was fat and now that I've lost weight to become healthier, he reaps those rewards as well.

I like them. The flavor is so-so, but they do make me feel full for a long time. I am not a regular reader of this blog because I didn’t know it existed. I found it when I googled “Full Bar” because I have become so impressed with the product over the past few days. I do not work for Full Bar and I think it is childish to believe that everyone who disagrees with the blogger works for Full Bar because they are not devotees of her blog.
