Remember, insulin control is the name of the game for reductions in bodyfat. Lower the carbs, put fats back in the diet, keep proteins at middle of the road levels and the body will be forced to use bodyfat as a fuel source due to lower insulin levels and caloric intake reduction. If you couple that with a workout program of any sort, the redcutions will happen quicker. There will be up and down days, but hang in there since it will be well worth it.
