Change your routine workout: Those who are consistent with their workout sessions may be surprised to hear that they should switch things up every now and then. While your persistence will pay off, sometimes trying a different exercise will benefit areas of your body that have not been getting worked as well as others. This will lead to more weight and fat loss.
Get rid of the stress: As much as possible, you should avoid stress in your life. This will cause your body to produce excess hormones, which in turn will cause your body to store more fat than normal. The high levels of hormones will also make you have strong food cravings and cause you to binge when you would not otherwise do so.
Eat breakfast: Skipping this meal will only bring you trouble. Studies show that 80% of the people who are losing weight consistently are eating a good breakfast. It should consist of a protein, a fiber, dairy, and a fruit.
