First off Congratulations and many hats off to you! Can you over what gave you the motivation to start and what kept you going? Weight loss, at least healthy weightloss and fitness takes a while especially in seeing the results. It seems anyone can decide to “this is the day I get fit” but after a week of eating right and hitting the gym, it all falls apart and start missing a day here or there( or “make it tomorrow”) and “i’ll treat myself” just this once and so on… Also how did you change your habits? Lastly any advise in getting someone said motivated without too much pressure and/or making them feel bad, and i am not opposed to doing whatever activity along with them. Thanks.

Excersise a half hour to 1 hr a day. run long distace every day. maybe run to school, i dnt know.
