It wouldn't hurt to lose a little more weight – maybe 10 pounds. Exercise is really important, though, for toning and firming love handles and belly. Any "core strengthening" exercises will work on those areas ( and give your spine more support too). Also, make sure you are standing up straight and tall and holding your stomach in – slouching makes your stomach stick out more too!
