I am incredibly happy with my progress so far. I am no longer a carb zombie and am in control of my eating for the past 2 months. This has never happened. My weight loss is slow but thats okay. Today, I noticed I need a belt to hold up my jeans. Yay! I just moved into a home with a good number of stairs so this will help with my slow and easy movements.
