Hcg Diet | Hcg Recommends Diet Protocol For Dieters
Looking to make the most of your time on the homeopathic HCG diet? Dieters who jump in without first knowing exactly what they are doing regret it later because they aren’t able to achieve maximum weight loss. You have to make sure you know the protocol and know it very well before you begin your dieting journey. The programs range in length from 15 to 40 days, but all have the exact same diet protocol that must be followed exactly.
Dieters who do not stick strictly to the homeopathic HCG protocol experience frustrating plateaus and/or weight gain. And more than that making exceptions to the protocol disrupts the natural systematic benefits that result in a resurgence of the body’s natural and healthy treatment of fat.
Dieters who really want to make the most of their diet and reach their maximum weight loss keep their short list of approved foods conveniently accessible. Vegetables that aren’t on the list cannot be introduced. Fruits that aren’t on the list cannot be introduced. The list may seem arbitrary, but it’s actually very specific for a reason.
And just as important as eating only what is listed as approved is preparing those foods for eating according to the guidelines offered by the HCG protocol. Oil is a huge no-no. There are many out there who don’t think cooking without oil is a possibility. And there is NO oil allowed even in the smallest amount while on the HCG Diet. So some who are proficient cooks find themselves re-learning a few basics using healthier cooking alternatives.
Dieters who are sticking to the protocol follow the homeopathic HCG oral drop guidelines exactly. They take them three times per day. They do not eat or drink anything for 15 minutes before they take it. And they do not eat or drink anything after they take it either.
To lose the maximum amount of weight on the homeopathic HCG diet dieters stick to the rules. They stick to the rules because they want to generate a better self image, increase their self confidence and enjoy the increase in activity levels that comes with losing weight. And by sticking to the protocol…they get all this and more.

Aaron @ 9:06 am:
All over the counter HCG products were announced as illegal and fraudulent by the FDA on January 24, 2011.
Testing concluded that all over the counter oral and injection products on the market have little to no real HCG in them but most a similar synthetic hormone.
Anyone that lost weight especially with the drops did it because they ate fewer calories than they burned. The HCG acted as the placebo to help them lose the weight.
The only approved use for HCG is to increase fertility in both men and women.
Next year will mark 60 years since this fraudulent science was started.
I was at the pharmacy yesterday. I looked at the HCG drops and it says right on the box, "Does not contain any hormone but contains an amino acid similar to HCG"
I can't believe that under current law they can still call it HCG Drops. Amazing!
Buy a pregnancy test and see if you got any HCG at all.
The positive reviews you read are written by profiteers and converts.
Staunch supporters of the diet treat it almost like a religion. "If you will just believe…"
The mental process occurring here is called "cognitive relativism" where HCG users assert their paradigm beliefs to the point where they deny facts, lack of evidence, legality, and true expert opinion.
The doctors exploiting this benign hormone can't even agree on how it works. Some say it releases stored fat calories into the system. Others say it acts as an appetite suppressant.
Neither explanation justifies the weight loss in the individuals taking the oral drops with NO HCG in them that still lost weight.
By the way, insurance does not cover this since it is not FDA approved. What doctor wouldn't want to get an "all cash" practice going?
