Aromatherapy Helps Depression

Some feel that depression is something that can be snapped out of, but these individuals have obviously never suffered from depression. Depression can be feeling of extreme sadness that come and go without warning. Depression can also be severe and feel like a dark cloud following you where ever you go.

Depression affects you mentally making you feel like you are worth nothing. It also affects your relationships. Depression can affect you physically too. Depression causes stress. Stress causes a change in appetite, activity decrease, and can make the body strain.

There are ways to over come depression and using pharmaceutical drugs is one of them. These drugs have side effects. Some of them can be addicting, cause hair loss, and other severe side effects. There are remedies without side effects and these are natural ways.

One popular natural remedy is aromatherapy. helps the body heal through triggering specific healing abilities through fragrances. Other natural things such as exercising and sufficient sleep will help be more effective at healing depression.

are the fragrances that are used in aromatherapy. There are three that are commonly used to help with depression. The oils are Jasmine, Lavender French, and Neroli. These can be combined together for an enhanced affects or used separately.

Jasmine oil’s fragrance is as beautiful as its name. It is great at giving you a boost of confidence and self-esteem. Jasmine can also relax the body.

Lavender French helps you to relax mentally. It can also help your mood and muscles relax. Lavender French comes from France and is a very popular oil fragrance.

Neroli oil is a great sleeping aid. Like Jasmine and Lavender French, Neroli helps to relax as well. It can also help you feel rejuvenated and dispel anger and irritability.

Darlene, first of all, thank you for taking the time to send your comments. I read all of them at once and then went to the article you recommended. We have had a death in the family, so it will take me a little while to read through it thoroughly, but I did skim the entire document. I will definitely bookmark the document and the web site you reference. I love to learn, and I appreciate you sharing this info. What jumps out at me at first glance is his warning about “derivatives” vs the “parent” essential oils. That is very intriguing. This is probably a very poor analogy, but it reminds me of what happens in our country with aromatherapy essential oils. People buy all sorts of “essential oil” products, there is a flood of them on the market, all claiming to be “essential oils.” However, the public is not getting true essential oils. I learned to buy my aromatherapy essential oils from the company Young Living because I know I am getting the real thing there. I look forward to having some time to read about this further. Thank you! Rosie

I say any new product that CBCL brings out, we don't support it, we order very little of it, don't keep it in stock. All the time and money they put into it and marketing they do on it goes down the tubes. How do you like those apples CBCL. Lets see if you can market something that the franchisee's don't stand behind or push for you, especially PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTS !!!!!!!!

Yes I agree, is the BEST place to go to convert VB and C#. But one thing to add is that it is not always 100% correct, mostly with minor things.

In C# arrays/arrayLists use square brackets – Array[ ], but VB uses parenthesis – Array( ). This does not always convert properly (i.e. converting an array from VB to C# will leave the ( ) instead of changing to [ ]).

I noticed the session in VB Session("cart"), this would be Session["cart"] in C#. So FYI, you may get a few errors after converting on the minor things like this.
